Blueberry - post 1799The Haunting of Hill House does not qualify for a Golden Oldies ticket. It was first published in 1959. Golden Oldies must have been published in 1950 or before.
EdThere seems to be a discrepancy on my GO count...I see only 3 recorded on the Readerboard...but I claimed one in each of posts # 1579, 1592, 1605 and 1693.

Thanks for letting me know, Ed! I've found the one I've missed and updated your GO count on the spreadsheet. You ticket total will be corrected in the next update.
Heather(Gibby) - post 1801RE: Task 20.1, option 2 -- I do not see Indemnity Only on page 1 of the Cozy Mystery Series list. The only place it occurs on that page is in the comments. Is it perhaps on a different page? If so, please repost your task with the correct list page number so your choice can be verified.

Oops, sorry. I was thinking of another groups definition of at least 50 years old.

The easiest way to do this when reposting is to go back to your original post, select "edit" in the bottom right hand corner (reply | edit | delete | flag *) and copy what's in the post. Cancel out of the edit, go to the comment box at the bottom of the completed task thread and paste. Then go back and add/delete/reword or whatever you need to do to fix the original post. This will preserve all your links.
Barbara ★ - post 1820Task 50.1, option 5 requires the author's initials to be found in SCIENCE FICTION. I assume you mean to use Blue Hollow Falls for option 3. Option 3 requires that you include the cover when you post as well as identifying the object. Please repost this task (with option in numerical order from smallest to largest) including the missing elements.

Also, for future reference, January 25th 2005 is when the paperback edition of The Full Cupboard of Life was published, not the date the book was first published. The book was first published January 1st 2003: The Full Cupboard of Life. Still works for the option, but you should look for first published dates.

It was absolutely #85 on the first page of the list. The only thing I can figure is that someone did some edition combining that made it disappear. Very frustrating, but I understand there is nothing the moderators can do about it.

Pamela3265In post #1728 in Completed Tasks, I posted A Twist of Fate by Susannah Carleton for Task #5.10. I think those points were missed because I show I should have 395 points instead of 390. I can't find a posting in this thread to indicate a problem with this task. Was there an issue with that post?

Sorry about that Kristina! I used the link add for Book feature but for some reason it must not have pasted the complete link. I did have a computer hiccup about that time so maybe the link didn't completely transfer. Anyway I reposed with link under Post #1905.

Tien - post 1955Re: Task 25.7 -- To form the plural of daisy, you change the y to an i and adding es. This makes daisy a regular plural noun not an irregular one.

However, the paperback version of the book - The Butchered Man - has 364 pages so it will still work for this option.

Anja - post 2090Task 30.8 requires that the books you read must have a combined total of at least 600 pages. The Invisible Library has 329 pages and the most popular paperback edition of Hunter's Claim has 236. 329 + 236 = 565 pages

Barbara ★ - post 2109Task 15.4, book 1 requires a book where the beginning letter of each word in the title can be found in STRANGER THINGS, not the author's name. Fear the Darkness won't work for this option.
Task 20.8, option 1 requires a book that was first published in January. The edition of The Outcast Dead you've linked to is a paperback that was published January 6th 2015 by Mariner Books (first published 2014). It was first published on February 6th 2014.

Unless I'm missing something, The Invasion of the Tearling fits only one of these criteria.
