message 52: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Mariampillai | 11005 comments Should finish Am I Normal Yet? by tonight or tomorrow.

message 53: by Rae (new)

Rae Lake | 2207 comments Hey guys....I am in a super reading slump... I just can't jump in to anything. Trying again tomorrow

message 54: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments Natalie- I really loved Truthwitch! I hope you like it too. :)

Awesome Sharon!

Hey Rae! I know how that feels, usually me during school haha. You should try an audiobook, I find they help me when I don't feel like reading a book.

message 55: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Mariampillai | 11005 comments @Natalie I am up to chapter 43. I am loving the story right now.

message 56: by Natalie (new)

Natalie (esaria) | 4273 comments I'm hoping to continue with the series later on c: I'm interested in seeing where things will go from the end of "Am I Normal Yet?".

message 57: by Rae (new)

Rae Lake | 2207 comments I have such a problem with audio books, just like in school times, the monotony of the voice causes me to tune it out. I really really try to pay attention but it never works.

Anyone know of any audiobook with Irish speakers??? I'm obsessed with Irish accents, maybe that will keep my attention.

Also I have a reading schedule which may be adding to my slump (I'm in all the challenges and I'm trying to get books that will get points in all) so now it feels more like mandatory reading instead of relaxation. So I'm tossing the schedule and just picking up whatever. If it fits cool if not whatever.

message 58: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments Rae- Go for whatever catches your fancy, I bet you can make most fit with one or the other of the two challenges if not both.

message 59: by Rae (new)

Rae Lake | 2207 comments Finally a book done!!!! Will get the review up tomorrow!

message 60: by Natalie (new)

Natalie (esaria) | 4273 comments Congrats! :D

message 61: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Mariampillai | 11005 comments Congrats, Rae!

message 62: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments Awesome! Hope this will be one step to your slump being broken :)

message 63: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments I'm almost done with passenger but it's been slow going, should have it done tomorrow. Eldest will be done either tomorrow or Thursday as well. And once I'm done with Passenger, I'm starting Always & Forever Lara Jean which shouldn't take long.

message 64: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments How's everything going?

message 65: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Mariampillai | 11005 comments I forgot to post my review for Always and Forever, Lara Jean. Also, forgot it had a BR, so I am doing that.

message 66: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments Awesome!

message 67: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments I think I'll have Dark companion finished by tomorrow and then I'll start Reboot. After that my plan is to read The Heart of Betrayal. I might not get my physical books done as fast this week because I'm moving so I need to go through all my stuff and pack XD. But I should be able to get through an audiobook or two :D

message 68: by Natalie (new)

Natalie (esaria) | 4273 comments I'm working on Truthwitch, Nevernight and Siege & Storm personally. Should be able to get through at least two this week...

Hope your move goes well Andrea! Are you moving far? c:

message 69: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments No only two hours away. I just don't want to go through all my stuff again haha. Packing is the worst.

message 70: by Natalie (new)

Natalie (esaria) | 4273 comments Well at least it's not too far to go? It is definitely not fun moving though... especially if you have millions of books ._.

message 71: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments Yeah that's one thing I need to go through for sure! So many books :) But at least I get to take my nice bookcase from Ikea with me. I'm more excited to start school back up that I don't mind the move too much.

message 72: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Mariampillai | 11005 comments I will be starting some of my series BRs that I have planned like PJ and the Olympians.

message 73: by Natalie (new)

Natalie (esaria) | 4273 comments Well that's definitely something! You have to take books with you ;D

When I moved a few years ago the books were the most major thing :P We actually ended up donating upwards of ten boxes to the school library because otherwise we wouldn't be able to take everything - and there were still at least ten boxes left to move with us! And since then the hoard of books has probably doubled or tripled in size @_@

message 74: by Rae (new)

Rae Lake | 2207 comments I am so behind....soo sooo behind.

message 75: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments No worries! Just take it a book at a time and hopefully your slump will end. :)

message 76: by Rae (new)

Rae Lake | 2207 comments Ok 3 books down today! Now to get on with some of the challenges...lol

message 77: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments Good luck!

message 78: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments I have one book done and am going to try to finish a GBR and another book today.

message 79: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Mariampillai | 11005 comments I'm working on my BRs and my Percy Jackson books and Twilight books

message 80: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments I really enjoyed the Percy Jackson books! I'll have Undone finished before I go to sleep then more packing tomorrow.

message 81: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Mariampillai | 11005 comments I have a lot of books that I read this past weekend and the last few days as well. Just got to update the BRs and post the reviews.

message 82: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments Awesome Sharon! I finished my last book for this challenge. I loved being on a serious team and I'm sure I'll do it again when school is less busy.

message 83: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Mariampillai | 11005 comments Ya that's good. I got around 7 hours until the challenge ends in BC.

message 84: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments I have 5 here in Illinois, but I'm too pooped to read anything else plus I have some homework to do :(

message 85: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Mariampillai | 11005 comments That's understandable. It was a pleasure working with you this challenge. Hopefully we get another challenge on a serious team.

message 86: by Natalie (new)

Natalie (esaria) | 4273 comments I've finished all but one of my books for the challenge (which I should have finished pretty soon). Unfortunately I got really sick last week and I'm still recovering, so I didn't get to read near as much as I wanted to this month :/

Really enjoyed this month's challenge though! I'll be on a medium team next month so I can have a bit of a break (and attempt to catch up on tv shows a little >.>) but it's always really fun being on serious teams c:

message 87: by Dr. Andy (new)

Dr. Andy | 14480 comments I enjoyed working with you all :)
