Start reading something good! No problem, BDW. Current buddy read is getting on my nerves and I ca't get myself to finish it. It is good to have an excuse for doing something else!
And I have started four different books today but none are keeping me interested......if I can hear my notifications beep, than the book doesn't own me.....Hooked up looked good though.
You've started 4 different books and i'm waiting super excited 2015 to start because I want to start reading all the books i've planned and start all the challenges where I signed in! Just one day left!

Yay!!! I can't wait for the next challenges!! I was trying to read all the books that kept getting pushed back from the past month......so far two are a bust I just know I am not going to finish.
This last one though
is looking pretty good so far.

I think they have always had it. I think the way it works is that you have to have the Kindle or ebook edition of the book in your TBR. If you have paperback addition when you change to currently reading it will give you page numbers, but if you have Kindle it will give you % for updates.

Happy new year! I hope you all meet your new favorite book this year and that you recieve and give sooo much love. I realize that because of the time differences many of you are still in 2014, but it is 43 minutes past midnight here at the moment. Best wishes in 2015 from Slovenia.

Happy New Year everyone!! Wishing you all the best of health, wealth and happiness!!!
Love reading the different places people are from. All over the world yet we all come together here over books. That is so amazing!

Well said!!
Happy New Year to all my fellow members, looking forward to another good year of discussions, and most of all laughs!!
Okay so I just finished Eleanor&Park and it was simply amazing. Oh my god, I started it yesterday night, and it was impossible to stop reading until the last page. I just loved it so much, the characters were amazing (I wanted both to hug and kill them while reading it), and the history.. omg. I can't say nothing with sense right now.

I don't know about Eleanor and Park ... Everybody seemed to love it SO MUCH, so I kind of felt compelled to love it as well but ... I didn't. Don'T get me wrong, it is a great book I just didn't find that one thing that made it SOO MUCH BETTER THEN THE REST. I am pissed about the ending. If the ending were less nerve recking I just might have loved it a whole lot better:)
I haven't read it yet and everyone seems to hate that ending Lol BTW anyone know a good book where the MC is married or going to get married ?

Chris wrote: "Nope . But I'm freaking dying to So there's marriage in it THANK GOD"
Oh yes there is marrage and so much more!!!!!!
No I don't use the app because it sucks!!! Well at least I think so lol. I always just use the website on my iPad
I use the app to see the new notifications, update my progress and search for books! I use it too when I write in forums like this one. But it is horrible for the rest, so when I have to edit my challenge
post and things like that I prefer the other version!
And I think the same as Erika in E&P thing! I really think they are these three words, I can't think in other possibility..
Vega_girl wrote: "Do any of you use the goodreads app? And if so do you like it?"I have it and it's horrible
Omg it's true, Vega, it could be that! But you know what? In the spanish translation, the book saya "two words", and I miss you are three words ins spanish, that's why i didnt think about that! But I just realised how a translator can change the final of a book with just one word, and it's horrible because i'm studying translation and interpretation... omg omg i feel like if i've had lived in a world of lies all my life damnnnn

Wow... I didn't realize that it might be 'I miss you' after you mentioned about translation.
I hate and love at the same time how the author keep us readers in suspense regards to last 3 words.

No no, I miss you in spanish are three words (te echo de menos), but the spanish book says "a card with two words", so it can't be I miss you in the spanish version, it could only be I love you (Te quiero, two words in spanish!)
What about "te extraño" that's how I say miss you in Spanish? Although I speak more TexMex than Spanish......

As it is often explained the boundaries between fiction and sci-fi are not clearly marked, because some novels fall in between. Some create a new category called science fantasy others debate the "original genre" of the books. I have got no knowledge on these things but what I "copy-paste"ed her from google soo ... In my opinion the darkest minds are more science fiction, because they are (or they sound) less fairytaleish but IDK. I didn't read the books so I shall not judge. But still. No one actually knows. You can invent your own genre for it!
