Use a hanger with the hooks. You can get like an actual scarf hanger, clip them with pant hangers, or hang them from a normal hanger. You can even decorate the hanger to make it cute or something.

Yeah they're easy to find. If there's a TjMaxx or Marshall's nearby they probably have them, plus like the dollar tree would and walmart would and honestly most places have them. There's some super cute ones you can find. If they're huge scarves they may not fit them well though so you may need scarf hangers closer to scarf rings than anything.
