I read this book in around 2008-2010. Young adult/Juvenile science fiction book. Kid lives in a family where everyone is "perfect". Caucasian blonde- he lives with angels. Angels have a place on their neck where a disk goes. He decides to tell the world that if they are children who have grown up with a "perfect blonde people" family, that they are living with angels. Something like that.

Were the angels robots? What other sci-fi elements were there? Spaceships, aliens, technology, etc?Did the story focus on race/racism?
Anything about the cover?
wow this is late but, I don't remember much about the cove. There weren't many other sci-fi elements other than that there were angels who had disks in their necks and they basically rule the world. Angels cannot reproduce so they adopt children. The angels were not robots and I read the book a long time ago so I don't exactly remember the theme but there was no focus on race at all.
