Team Two Gets the Clue (and the win)
I didn't plan much more for audiobooks. I think I can squeeze in a short one. Looking through My Books, Casino Royale is 5 hours long (181 pages), and we know it's a perfect fit for Revolver.

Let's focus on finishing a section for a another time. To get another sweep of weapons, we would still need lead pipe, rope and wrench.I was able to update the spreadsheet. Please double check your reads (especially Lannelle as I wasn't sure how many revolver books you have read). I also added the additional bonus points for a second colour sweep.
How are you doing Annette, Laura, Amanda?
I'm making good progress on my two books - I'm over half way on both. I only have today and tomorrow to read though as Saturday I have to scrape/sand our boat ready for painting next week.
Also if Dining Room was read for we would have all the room books covered twice. I thought we did but it doesn't look like it now.
I have an audiobook that would fit for dining room. The mom faked her death for over 20 years and her daughter finds out and locates her. I think that would fit.
Sounds like it would Jannene. They were estranged and then back together. :_)

It makes me wonder if the spreadsheet is all wonky. Does everyone want to check it to make sure you have all your books entered correctly?
I wondered if someone leaving the spreadsheet open on their computer would cause the problem, but I left it open all night because I didn't want to lose my changes. Sometime during the night, it cleared and Sarah was able to save it. When I tried to save this morning, it asked if I wanted to save my version or the server's version, so I saved the server's version.
Maybe in retrospect, it wasn't such a good idea to leave it open for everyone to edit, but I thought it would work better.

Okay - I think I can do red: The Girl in 6E
. It's an 8 hour audiobook. I'll only be able to listen to a couple of hours tonight, but I could listen all evening tomorrow night, and get her done.I was going to read another revolver just to fit another book in, but we have 2 revolvers read and another indicated to be read. We don't need 4.

I'm guessing things have updated since i wrote those things. I think it's fine though. I'm looking at the committed books as well as the completed books. I think i was talking about a third sweep rather than the current second sweep. I might not have been clear with how i explained that.We either do colors or weapons for a 3rd sweep, each have 3 tasks covered a third time. I reckon color is easier to find books for. I know we are still working on a 2nd weapons streak at the moment. Just thinking ahead.
Is everyone doing ok? Would be good to hear from those who haven't checked in for a while.

I'm reading a wrench book right now. I can certainly read more colored covers after that.
I was reading The Lost Art of Mixing which is about a woman who owns a restaurant and gives cooking lessons. I was going to read it for the dagger but couldn't it work for kitchen as well?
You might need a ruling on that because I understood "Kitchen" wasn't to be a restaurant chef.
I should finish my Kitchen book tonight. I will also try to finish Ballroom either tonight or in the morning. My book for the library is short so I should be able to complete by Saturday. This week has gone by so quickly.

We can move my Plum Pudding book from dagger/knife to kitchen. Then Annette can fill with her knife/dagger book.

Great job everyone. I've updated the spreadsheet and we have bonus points galore. We have 2 rounds Characters, 2 rounds Weapons, 1 round Rooms which means we've done every task so have the grand bonus of 40 points.I'm well into my red book and will have it done tomorrow night. It's going to be close on finishing my Lounge read. It's going slower than I figured. I'm headed to bed with my book and I'll see how far I get tonight!
Wow! You guys are awesome. It is indeed bonus points galore. What a team! I'm still plodding away with my books but I'll dfinitely finish them. We're on 380 points now!!!So as I see it, we need another purple to complete the colour section again. Lannelle is working on blue at the moment, Janice on Red. And for the weapon section rope and lead pipe are needed for a third sweep (Annette is reading for candlestick, dagger, and revolver; Laura is on wrench).
I have 60 pages left for my kitchen book and about 9 hours left on the wrench. I plan to listen all day at work,

I just finished my last book of the toppler. I'm really busy tomorrow so it's not worth me starting another book especially as most of my options now are close to 300 pages. I can't see that happening.
I just finished work. I have to run to the pharmacy, but I can listen to my "red" book there and back. Once I get home, I'll power into it and get it done. The 2nd book for Lounge is more problematic. I'm 75% in. I'll try and power my way through it, but I tend to fall asleep every time I pick it up.
I've finished my purple covered book. I'm pretty sure I have time enough to read a short Rope or Lead Pipe book. Off to the reporting thread.

Lanelle, I asked this question in the reporting thread too. You have 15 points under Purple. Was that for 2 or 3 books? If it's 3, then we have a third round of Characters finished.
I did manage to finish that last book - The Long Hard Road Out of Hell. That gave us 5 points for Lounge. I'm tired so am going to head to bed for some sleep.See you all in the morning.
I read two books specifically for the purple category. I read My Sister's Keeper for the Revolver task, but you may have counted it as a purple cover.
