I cannot resist the temptation of joining this challenge! I will go for the easy level and have made 4 choices. Which 3 depends upon the availability of the books.1. A beautiful cover.
4. A really appropriate cover:
5. A cover that you love: Tell us why! I like the large pair of shoes, which to me makes it quite an unique cover.
The Illegal Gardener by Sara Alexi
9. Reader's choice. Tell us why you chose this cover:
I chose this cover because the dingo disappearing down the desolate road seemed to draw me to this book.
I'm heading off to NZ in June and won't be do so much reading so I only went for 6 but I keep finding books that would suit some of the other numbers and that I would like to read. Too many books and just not enough hours in the day.

I didn't do very well on the May challenge :( so hoping to get a bit more reading done in June. I'll opt for the Easy challenge just in case the current craziness continues.FINISHED! 3/3
I'm going to start with The New Year's Quilt Its been a few years since I read this series so will be interested to see if I still like them.

Yes ... lets hope the book lives up to its cover!
Woohoo! Our library had JUST put out News of the World by Paulette Jiles today so I grabbed it because ONE, it has a scenic cover, and TWO, I've been looking forward to reading it. I've swapped it on my post. All set now.
Hope it's not too late to join this challenge - With 2.5 weeks left of holiday's and the read-a-thon I should be able to make a good go of it. But I'll start with 3 solid ones.1. A beautiful cover. Uprooted
2. A cover you don't like. - Goldenhand
3. A colourful cover. - The Trees
4. A really appropriate cover.
5. A cover that you love. Tell us why! Assassin's Fate - the gold is so pretty
6. A boring cover. Possession
7. A flowery cover.
8. A scenic cover
9. Reader's choice. Tell us why you chose this cover:)
Hard challenge - 9/9Read a book with:-
It's June! It's June - but as my books are earmarked for my trip that starts next week, I'll have to hold off on my challenge books for a few more days.Plane travel means reading time - and though my days will busy while away - think luge, haunted houses, photography and, naturally, wine tasting tours - most evenings will be spent in front of log fire with a cheese and cold meat platter (no cooking for me) and wine in hand is very conducive to quality reading time :)

Hate when that happens. With me its usually because I left my glasses at home.

Finished my 1st - Cover I don't like - Dear Banjo by Sasha Wasley 5★s

That was quick! A cover you didn't like but a 5-star read! We knew that would happen. :) I'm also not very fond of that cover.
Haha! Thanks Vickie ;) And I wouldn't have read the book if I hadn't been sent it for review! So there you go :)
And I am off, beginning with due back soonest PeacemakerAnd I still do not like the cover: Normally I like composites but not this one. The main character stands out too pale and the angle of her face and jawline are subtly wrong which bugs me. The black and brown minimalist colour scheme is good, except the blotch of purple in the lower right corner looks like an afterthought that does not fit in.
Also I have just realised that the male lead character - who is meant to be a tough, part First Nations ranger looks a bit like a soft young Tom Cruise.
Luckily, the story is better than the cover.
I've started on Mount! by Jilly Cooper. It has a wicked cover that I love!
I see what you mean by that cover Deborah! It is truly awful!
