Are there bonus points for pages read?

There aren't equaliser points during the MMC because we couldn't work out an easy way to do it without getting realy confused (as people will be submitting the same book for multiple challenges). we do still have something in mind to take the number of pages read into account though ☺

When writing a review or update status do you provide links?

Sarah, any chance a master review thread would work for the equalizer points? People could post their reviews there and say for which challenges they are using the book.

You have to link to your review or status updates when posting which book you have read. If you go to the books page, and click on 'my review' (under the book and blurb), it will bring up a page with your review, and stutus updates below that. You just need to cut the address from the bar at the top of the page and submit that on the review thread ☺

Ooh right! I can imagine it would be hard to take so many things into account for the mega challenge !

Possibly, it would make the points from the non-reading challenge a lot small that the other challanges though. If the max for the non-reading challange is roughly 40 points, the scores for the reading challanges could be as high as 100 or more with the equaliser points. I'll see what Abbie thinks ☺

If I read a book not in my pictures it still counts right? Also if a new book came out this month and it's in a series can that count?

That's fine, upload them to your profile (it doesn't have to be as your profile picture, you can add extra pictures without changing your profile picture) let me know you've done it and I'll post them for you ☺

Just add the cover using goodreads, or the title on the bookshelf thread and it's fine, you don't have to take more pictures ☺

Books that are new but are not first in a series are fine too ☺

How about rereads? I have a book that I haven't actually read, but listened to as an audiobook a few years back. If that doesn't count, it still count if it's a buddy read and it's on my buddy's shelf, right? *confused*

You can have up to 2 re-reads during the challenge, so if you've previously read it or listened to it, then it will count as a re-read ☺ As long as you write a review/updates as normal it isn't a problem ☺

I read the first 10 chapters of Attachments back in I think January and then I stopped because it got boring. Can I use it for the challenge? I did reread the 10 chapters

If they are not published in 2014 it should be fine :) .

Tessa's right, you can add books at any time, but they do have to be published before 2014.
