Re: #300, sorry I wasn't clear.This mini-series was released as 8 part "Infinite Comics" and as four issues of paper comics. The content is the same.
Therefore the two targets are equivalent:

Someone created a fake book with fake cover and fake people rated the book. The covered is stolen from a photographer which created a legal problem from me and my publisher. It also made my readers confused because they thought that the book has been published.
Please help me to remove the book from the web.
If you can't delete the page please remove my name and the title and the cover as well.

(Trademark Registration Number = 4446594) It is a FALSE BOOK that has been posted in numerous places (Amazon, Goodreads, Google Books). Please remember to separate both editions (or don't recombine when you can't merge them yourself).
