DESCR:
At key moments in the British working class struggle for rights and freedom black leaders have emerged. This pamphlet is an introduction to that hidden but unbroken thread running through our history. Spanning the centuries from the 1750s to the 1970s, Hassan Mahamdallie brings to life six of these inspiring figures: Olaudah Equiano, who rose from slavery to become one ofthe most prominent campaigners ever against human bondage; Robert Wedderburn, unquenchable revolutionary firebrand of Regency London; William Cuffay, leader ofthe London Chartists; Shapurji Saklatvala, Communist MP for Battersea, jailed during the 1926 General Strike; Claudia Jones, a powerful figure who gave hope to Britain's beleaguered black population ofthe 1950s; and Jayaben Desai whose steely pride pitched her into a historic trade union struggle of the 1970s.

DESCR:
The Egyptian revolution that began on 25 January 2011 and overthrew Mebarak in 18 days, is by far the most significant of the Arab revolutions. Egypt is not only the most populous of the Arab countries, it also has the largest, most militant and experienced working class in the region. The fate of the ongoing Egyptian revolution will play a major role in determining the future, not only of the wider Arab revolution but also the ability or inability of US imperialism and world capitalism to contain this unprecedented challenge.
What follows is a guide to the causes, developments and prospects of the Egyptian revolution in its first few months.

The livermore title is in the search results 3 times, 7, 8, and I think 12.
Thanks!

My lastest book, City of Crows, is showing twice in the database. One instance is showing the correct front cover and 2x 5 star reviews (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...). The other shows up when you look at my author dashboard, and has no cover or reviews (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...). Can I just get the cover/ reviews one to show up?
Also, if you click on my author name a few books appear which aren't mine (about baseball (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...), and oil drilling (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5... and https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...)). Can these be removed?
Many thanks for any assistance
Alex Marks

GR lists Kindle editions with ASIN only, not with isbn.
Question: Is the ebook available elsewhere (in which case the format for the edition with isbn should be changed to ebook), or is it Kindle exclusive (in which case we can merged it into the ASIN edition)?
This thread is fine to ask to have editions combined.
For moving books, or for several issues in one message, it is almost always preferred to start a new thread in the folder Book Issues.
There is also no need to move books, as the other books are not on your profile, but on a different author profile, for an author also called Alex Marks. (I did move the Kindle edition of Queen Mary's Stair and other stories to your profile and combined it with the paperback edition).
Books on your profile: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show... other Alex Marks profile: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

Oddly enough, it has a higher rating than the real entry!)

Next time, a link to the book is appreciated.

These are all the same book, just translations, and slightly altered titles for North America vs Europe:

The Dutch version is the original, the rest are translations.

Please re-check #438. There are still two different pages of the same edition.
edit: three apparently:

Though they seem to have different pub. years.

There are two identical editions listed on goodreads. Please combine them. Thanks so much, DMcL.:

One has all the paperback and hardcover editions, the other page has the ebook edition. I believe these should be combined.

Should I combine them? (I'd normally just do it, but I want to make sure in case I shouldn't be.)
Also, sometimes I notice some librarian comments appear on the combine page (such as saying don't combine a short story with a collection or novella of the same name). But my librarian comments about combining/separating editions never appear there. What is the proper way of making it show up there?

They are not the same book. First indication is the page count 729 vs 143.

There is a difference between "librarian comments" and "librarian notes".
Librarian comments are added when editing a book, and will show in the librarian changelog, especially used to explain when changing things like page count and cover.
Librarian notes are added at the top of the edit page, for info that is important for other librarians, and has to be permanently visible, like on the combine page.
Since the titles of these books are so similiar, adding a librarian note is a good idea. Please go ahead an try if adding a librarian note is working for you.

Should I combine them? (..."
Ah! Somehow I hadn't stopped to wonder about that "Add a Librarian Note" link, even though I've seen it many times, just casually sitting there under the changelog link.
I did separate & recombine one edition that was combined incorrectly, and I added a proper librarian note.
My next step will be to try to update the descriptions...
Thanks for the help and advice!
