I was so psyched when I signed onto Goodreads today to see that I'm on team Palpatine, and this Tower Teams challenge is Star Wars themed. :D Can't wait for May 4th!

Just a thought... I know our BOMs usually start on the 2nd, 12th, and 22nd, but will one of them start on the 4th (instead of the 2nd) for May for teamsters that want to use it for their teams? Or should they just plan to start the book late?

It was not posted yet, since we haven't set dates for May's BOM's yet.
This time, however, there is not going to be Back Room BOMs.

is not mandatory.. but if captain want that important info like rules and shelves and stuff don't get lost in the middle of the thread, makes more sense to reserve a few spots in the beginning for it to be easier to find
Sooo... 25 April is a Portuguese holiday, so I took the Monday off, meaning a LOOOOOONG weekend.I also did little about goodreads stuff, sorry to all who were waiting for a new team or team spreadsheets... but I was needing the break.
Oh... I got to watch Rogue One. Loved it, and cried a lot, as usual.

Rogue One was great - I love how it added depth to the Star Wars world, and reminded me of the vast network of people and actions that really made up the Rebellion.
Is there going to be anything like last tower teams where there was that Google Spreadsheet and we got bonus points for reading things that fit the 5 bonus categories? That really helped spur me on with the reading.

New to this and have just signed up. My shelf for the challenge is Tower Teams V. Is this the right place to post about that and should I provide a link to the shelf? Can we read any genre? Where do I post the link? Want to let people know what my shelf is called.

Worry not, if a spot opens for you, you'll get a PM, and every book read from May 4th on will count towards the team challenge.

Needed replacements will start to be assigned after tomorrow... we'll PM you when/if you get into a team.

Ughhh, I just caved and signed up as a replacement player and accidently marked myself down as being in South America rather than North America. Oh well.
Not sure where to put this, But I didnt know if you mods noticed the Tower Teams Status spreadsheet if off. You have three teams ranked #9, but with different points, and #10 & #11 ranking are not there at all. I am sure it is just a formula issue, I just wanted to make you all aware of it in case you hadnt notice it yet. If so, just ingore me. I will be lurking around somewhere......

It's been years since I used since I read e-books now. I remember buying one at B&N that I liked. I really can't remember the brand name off the top of my head but I think they only had one type at the time.
