Samwise from LOTR is in it and so is Filch from Harry Potter/Game of Thrones. He's the good guy and he's brilliant! And he's got a kick-ass sword!

110% agree! Who else could it be? The description was pretty obvious. Platinum hair, hipster glasses ... if there is one thing I am sure about regarding TRC, it is that Alicia has a LOT to do with Jill Dragomir's disappearance.

Richelle's in the middle of working on 2 new series neither of which have anything to do with the vampire academy world unfortunately. I heard about this at her silver shadows virtual tour. Don't get too down though she also said another rose and Dimitri spin off wouldn't be out of the question! We just might have to wait a while for it though so she can try out new writing projects.

I don't want her to stop writing about the vampire Academy world but I don't think her taking a break from it is A bad idea either. I'm excited to see what new projects Richelle has in store for us and what there is to come in her Age of X series! Anyway I still need to read Dark Swan and succubus series so I'll have plenty to keep my attention.

I don't know she wouldn't say. I think she's waiting to tell us until the Silver Shadows mania dies down which could be a while since the book was so good.

I wasn't going to read it but after feeling a Mead withdrawal after Silver Shadows and I have to wait forever until her next Age of X book. I am glad I did though. I love the characters she writes. She knows how to make a reader fall in love! Hope she doesn't make us wait forever and I hope she writes a fifth book the dark swan book next year.
That's cool! I still need to read her Dark Swan and succubus series. I can't wait until the next Age of X Book comes out to! That dang cliffhanger she is truly the queen of them! Hopefully we will get the title soon ;D!
Have you seen the cover reveal for The Ruby Circle?! Eeeep!While I'm not the biggest fan of the covers in the series, I like that they all match together. So nice. Also, this cover is not too bad, and I really like the color of it :) Can't wait for this book!!!!!

Wow that's a lot of things to cover in one more book!! Oh and thanks Renee but I have terrible eyesight so I can't see the cover of the book. Just have to imagine it ;D. Kinda of thought the cover would be red for the ruby but the colors are probably symbolic of the magic.

Richelle: There's no question Silver Shadows ended on a really big note for Sydney and Adrian, but there are still a lot of loose ends for them to tie up. The Ruby Circle will follow them as they chase down that unfinished business while also working on some of the unresolved issues between them personally. What I think a lot of readers are going to like (and what was a lot of fun for me) is that some big questions about characters from the first series are finally brought to light and addressed. Longtime fans are going to be excited to get those mysteries resolved!

Blind as a bat literally lol. I half to listen to audiobooks now since I can't see anymore. Ha ha hope that's not cheating.

The first 4 on your list will definitely been part of RC and I'm pretty sure the 5th will be as well. Dimitri's father is sorta irrelevant. Strigoi can't be compelled. The spirit users in Tarasov are bat shit crazy. Tasha is on death row...I hope she escapes. The Sage family and Ms T will have to be a part of RC. I'm hoping the warriors will be too. Rhonda and Yeva are again irrelevant. The coven and the vaccine should be important in RC but I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't included. And Sydrian has taken the first steps towards showing why human and Moroi can be together.
I would love if RM wrote a story set about 1000 years ago when humans, moroi and dhampires were equals and all fought massive army's of strigoi together.

The cover is so pretty! I kind of thought it would be red because of the title, but it still looks great. no more awkward poses from the models, thank god!

Okay, because so many people seem to not like the cover... how about we do a competition thing and have people create The Ruby Circle covers as they would have designed?
And we can have a thread of covers for Ruby Circle or maybe even other books in the series??
Just an idea but you guys let me know what you think, and I'll talk to the other mods too. :)
The only issue (I have) with the cover is the models. I honestly don't think they resemble Sydrian in any way.

actually now I look at them more closely, This Adrian does look waaaaay different than the Adrian on the cover of The Indigo Spell.
The sudden realization that Sydney won't be nicked named Sage anymore bye Adrian ! Lol he'll actually have to call her Sydney!
