The classics group I'm in has tons of them. Check out this table of contents for lots of ideas. Steal any of them you like, none of the creators will mind, I'm sure:

Ooo. Good idea. I'll add it.

There are so many over there. Which ones seem to have been most popular that you think would go over well with this group?

Scavenger hunt and A-Zs also are popular. You have versions of both of these here already.
The 30-day challenge isn't even done yet, and it was started over a year ago ;-). You don't have to go consecutively :D

I do like your 30-day challenge. It seems like just a list of 30 questions. Right?

Yes, exactly so. Trisha started it over a year ago :p.
I think I have about 5 more questions to think up :D

A says a book title, which shelf(ves) it's on, and maybe a short note about it (eg, should I read it, or, I recommend it to all of you, or whatever).
B reports whether that book is on their shelves (or maybe reports that it is getting added now), and says another book title and which of their shelves it's on, starting the cycle over again immediately.
