I don't think this spans the water and provides passage. It looks like there is a fence/railing at the end. I think that is a pier- supported by the description "When Sky falls from Blackfin Pier and drowns..."

It appears to be a covered bridge, but I wanted to verify since we can't see what it spans.

it looks like a train trestle (bridge). the fog is so thick it's hard to see ground under it, but i'm pretty sure it's a bridge. thanks for your help! :)

is OK, there's enough structure for a bridge.
You can't really see enough of the first to know that it is a bridge.
