Have no idea how to find one published in February, let alone one not is not published in February.

Which romance book one the list has little or no romance at all?

Nichole | 620 comments So this reminds me, for those of you that I sent a list to... you might want to double check if they are on their Read shelf. I think I payed attention to that but ..uh.. I might have made a mistake!

*** For the Published ones only***

message 621: by Berit☀️✨ (new)

Berit☀️✨ (berittalksbooks) Thanks girl! There are a few more on that above list I have and have not read yet, wish one of them was tag mythology, LOL!

message 622: by Nichole (new)

Nichole | 620 comments I know! I had a heck of a time with that one. I decided to wait and read it next week, lol. I'm reading The Dirt on Ninth Grave (Charley Davidson, #9) by Darynda Jones

message 623: by K~Terror (new)

K~Terror (k-terror) | 506 comments I got lucky and a book I had to read was tagged mythology this week -
Interview with the Vampire (The Vampire Chronicles, #1) by Anne Rice

And so was this back up book which wasn't too bad. But it's YA
The Girl from Everywhere (The Girl from Everywhere, #1) by Heidi Heilig

Have you guys read any of those Greg Isle books? I don't think I've read his yet but have been eyeing them. They look good.

V & I just read Behind Her Eyes by Sarah Pinborough and liked. Definitely an interesting (unusual?) psychological thriller.

In the Blood by Lisa Unger might be my favorite Lisa Unger book. :)

message 624: by Berit☀️✨ (new)

Berit☀️✨ (berittalksbooks) I have not read anything by him yet and I have been looking at his stuff as well :-)

Berit☀️✨ (berittalksbooks) How is everyone doing? We have been unusually quiet this weekend, I will have a couple books for the mini challenge to post tomorrow, finished one already, but I will just post them at the same time :-)
Hope you are all having a fabulous weekend, anybody watching the Academy Awards?

message 631: by Jennifer (new)

Jennifer | 92 comments I'm half watching the Oscars, half looking at tattoos on Pinterest. I haven't even picked up a book in the last couple days, I've been so busy. Now I'm kind of just waiting for March to choose my next one for the challenges I'm in :P

message 632: by Nichole (new)

Nichole | 620 comments Hi Ladies, I'm back! I see that I didn't really miss anything, lol. Are we all still here?

Nichole | 620 comments So, I did a tracking spreadsheet for February just in case I needed to move things around. I've never played so I wasn't sure if we would finish or just need to make any changes. It turns out that We Rock and it was a waste of time. Sooo.. I'm not going to bother with one anymore. Thank you for that :)

I will let you know what cards we had the fewest of though, because I think we should concentrate on those first. Or at least I will on the Spreadsheet.

We had the fewest for 5, 7, and Reverse. We also have those color cards in this round too. I need to look through my books and see what I have to fit and can hopefully work in, if needed.

Does anyone have any questions or comments about anything?

message 641: by Jennifer (new)

Jennifer | 92 comments I might possibly finish Moon Called (read by Laura) by tomorrow night for another 8 points. What is the official cut off time? I'm PST so if it's east coast or central I'll have to make sure to get it done in time. I'm at 40% finished right now and I'm headed to bed to listen to it. Should be able to get a few more hours finished tonight and then finish it off tomorrow.

message 642: by Nichole (new)

Nichole | 620 comments Countdown Clock!

19 hours, 25 minutes... from this point!

If you have any books going that you were planning to use for February, now is the time to finish them up!

message 643: by Nichole (new)

Nichole | 620 comments I will have another 2 (short books) finished tonight. I've read way over my goal this month! Of course, I had a lot of short books that I wouldn't have otherwise read. I'm ready for March to begin and to get back to MY books :)

I went through and found a few books for the color cards, but we have 3 Yellow cards and those were the hardest to find :( I still need to look for some of those.

message 644: by Berit☀️✨ (new)

Berit☀️✨ (berittalksbooks) Nichole thank you for reading all those books for us! If I weren't in so many other challenges I would've picked up a few more myself :-)
I'll look through my books for some yellow covers :-)

message 645: by Jennifer (new)

Jennifer | 92 comments I have a 0 Yellow that I can use. I just rented A Case of Exploding Mangoes from the library.

Ghost in the Stacks I will look tonight when I get home. I forget this starts tomorrow!

Ghost in the Stacks I couldn't get any of the ones Laura had read. By the time I got one, I knew there was no way I could have it done by the first.
However, I am still going to read it...it will just count towards our March books.

Same here. So many challenges, it's a sickness sometimes I think lol. that or a challenge in it's self to see how many I can do at once.

message 649: by Carrie (new)

Carrie (icanhasbooks) | 143 comments Do you think this cover is yellow enough? A Dragon's Awakening (The Chronicles of Kale, #1) by Aya Knight If so It'll work for 7 yellow

message 650: by Nichole (new)

Nichole | 620 comments It's not yellow enough, Carrie. TinEye is very harsh, in my opinion, on the colors. I know I checked several that I thought were no brainers and they came out with something entirely different. We can get a second opinion in the Captains group if it's really close though.

If you want to check any books, it is supposed to be done through TinEye Color Extractor. Or you can post your books here and I'll check it when I get a chance :)
