I would not worry about it Anna. It is only day 5 and everyone reads at a different pace. There are still plenty of hands left.

I like to switch between shorter and longer books sometimes.

Hi everyone, I'm going a little crazy here, I just found out my dad fell at work today and that's all I know.

I finally heard from mom and dad and he is in a lot of pain. He fell down at work and hurt his arm very badly. It is either broken or fractured. (leaning towards fractured) He did see a doctor but there was no x ray technician at his hospital and he was so sick and weary (shock) that he wouldn't let mom drive him 45 minutes into my town which has a bigger hospital. He goes back tomorrow to see whether it is broken or fractured. Dad is 65 so I ' m thinking this is going to be a bit of a painful healing process for him.
Being unable to help your family when they are hurt and not knowing what is going on has to be one of the worse feelings.

I agree with Lulu, I wouldn't worry about it too much Anna, we all read at different paces and some people have more time to read than others. I had a very relaxing weekend and spent most of it reading as I know I'm not going to get much time to do so this upcoming weekend. ( I also picked shorter books) The great thing about this UNO challenge is that any book we read will fit for at least one of the cards in the hands we were given. We may have to shuffle books around at the end of the month but that 's what the tracking spreadsheet is for:-)

As long as we are all reading and having fun that is all that matters!!

I am somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. I was really liking it at first but Shane added so much drama unnecessarily. I was also pretty mad at Blaire for a bit in the end.

Do you remember liking it or was it just okay for you?

I think how you described it summed it up nicely and there wasn't enough sexy time to make up for it which was why it was a 3 for me and not a 2 because it was an easy read.

Hey everyone, I 've been a little busy packing up and getting ready for tomorrow. My daughter and I are heading out tomorrow afternoon to travel to her Jr. Provinicials swim meet for the weekend. ( we are trying to beat the storm that is headed our way.)
