Hello Valentines!I read
From Elena's shelf (Feb 2015). I loved the descriptions of Paris and the first part of the book, but I felt it got a bit lacklustre by the end and the ending which was no ending at all was annoying! 3.5 stars
I also read
From Apoorv's shelf (read Feb 2014). I have avoided Murakami for a long time and so I thought this challenge was a good reason to finally crack one open. I have to say I'm left a little confused after finishing it. I didn't dislike it, but I also didn't love it. This is a love story, but more it is a story about life. Or perhaps death.
I can see why his books elicit such strong responses in people. 3stars
And finally this week I read

Holly Golightly was quite different to the character in the film, and I'm not sure if the book would have survived into a 'classic' without the film. 3 stars

I forgot to come back and let everyone know that I got that much done. It includes all the books from Asheligh that were read or published in Feb, I didn't find any added in Feb for her.
Ok not sure where we are at but since I'm away I'm lost too but I'll look around and try to play catch up so when I get back home tomorrow I can at least contribute to something. I've finished 2 books but will post them tomorrow unless I see that they may work for something now.
Sorry all for now being around. I've been in FL on vacation and I haven't been able to check in. I'm in the business center now trying to look at all the books but this computer is too slow. I'll be home tomorrow and will take a lot around then.

Just a quick update as we are entering the last few days of February.To get in as many hands completed before the end of the month, I am going to start shuffling books around in our spreadsheet to have the most points accounted for.
But, it seems clear that we need a lot of Reverses to finish off the hands we are close on.
So, please do start suggesting books that you absolutely loved which others can read and get those Reverses sorted out!
Apoorv, I think it will be easier if you see the shelfs of our friends to see those books with 4 and 5 stars. I forget to put The Last Kingdom in my UNO shelf!! I am in the middle of The End, too.

Another way to help with the Reverses is if you look at what others have read so far for this challenge and if you have read it speak up. It is time consuming to check against each book so it might be missed.I think it was trying to tell me that someone else had read The Hound of the Baskervilles, but when I actually look at their shelf and searched for the book so I could say when they read it for the spreadsheet the book didn't show up. ??? So not sure.

I actually read both The Eyre Affair and The Hound years ago (duh!) but haven't added them to any shelves. I don't have the exact dates but can tag them as Read if that works. :)
Babitix -On the planning you list a Captain Underpants - this won't meet the requirements for the challenge. Word count is too low.
I did check that The End will work. It does, word count at arbookfind is 51747.
IMPORTANTBooks must be more than 100 pages in length and Children's books and Graphic Novels can not be used unless by word count they can be verified as more than 25,000 words using arbookfind.com
