I'm going to finish this thing and start out 2017 right!

I hope this still counts. I've read other books by her, but this wasn't from a series.
I liked it so much! It just proves to me that it doesn't matter if I know the ending, the journey there is the most riveting!

How was that? I've been debating reading it for some time.

I'm definitely slower at this challenge than I have been at others before. I'm still reading, just not necessarily new authors/series.

Gremlin I think you missed my last update

Yes, I clearly did! Thanks for letting me know.

You bet! That's exactly what I was saying. I feel like once you've run through the challenge as is, the rest is gravy and up to you to decide what to read (though I'm happy to keep track with you).

Awesome. Thank you Gremlin!

My 2nd

I very nearly DNF this. If not for this challenge, I would have put it down by the first 30% of this book! But I feel all accomplished so I guess it was worth it. Updated #17

I'm going to take a break to read the next book in this series, but I'll be back!

I really enjoyed it, read it in 2 days which is weird for me. I couldn't put it down.

Listing all my books again. The original post went from showing I had 4/6 completed to 1/6, wanna make sure I get credit. Been working hard on this challenge. What makes it hardest for me is that I read mostly series, so only the 1st one counts, lol Only 1 more to go!! :)

Totally agree on that book, Barb. I was thoroughly enjoying it and then everything went wrong.

D'oh! So sorry for the mistype, there, Heather. You should now be appropriately updated :)

Also, a question. I finished

Yeah - this seems like New Adult, and the Chicago Public Library (my go-to for decisions on where to shelf books) has it shelved in the adult fiction section. So we'll call this one adult.

Finished

It's disturbing how much we as humanity haven't learned since the writing of that book.

Awesome heorine! Well-written with so much humor. Absolutely good fun. I'm itching to start the sequel soon maybe after I (try to) finish 2nd round of this challenge ;-)

I think I'm going to take a break for a while now and read some second books in series.

Yeah I agree Casey!

I've read 23 books since this challenge started and only 6 would count towards this challenge, I get caught up in Series all the time.
