So I read this book between 2013-1016

Its a book set in either high school or college

The hero either has a sister or brother or both. I do remember that he has a sibling though and that they all HATED the heroine. But the heroine didn't know why.

Turns out that heir mother is having an affair with their father.

The hero may have slept with the heroine (who was in the dark about all this) as revenge.

I do remember that there was a HEA.

But in Because of Low it's not the mother but heroine's sister who is having an affair with hero's father and hero doesn't know that the heroine is the sister of his father's mistress. Besides he genuinely likes her and wants her (only after he finds out about the mistress being her sister is he pissed, but she didn't know either). :)
