Cold Cold Heart by Tami Hoag. This book was very different from other books I've read by this author. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Great cozy-mystery collection Jamie Quinn Mystery Collection: Box Set Books 1-3

Years after the last book Stormchaser
by Cherry Adair continues the series. My Review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I've had a busy start to the month. I finished listening to
Match Me If You Can by Susan Elizabeth Phillips. It's a re-read for me and was just as good as the first time I read it.My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
For my ride to work this past week, I listened to
Mackenzie's Pleasure by Linda Howard. This was vintage Linda Howard. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I read the second book in Teresa Medeiros's Farleigh Sisters> series called
One Night Of Scandal. It was highly amusing. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Last night I finished
Take No Prisoners by Cindy Gerard. I liked this addition to the series better than the first book.My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
James Bond meets Indiana Jones. The Devil's Triangle
by Catherine Coulter.My Review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I started reading
so excited about it. Only 11 pages in.I'm also listening to
the story is much better than what I thought it would be.

This week I read
Lucky Break by Chloe Neill. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Today I finished
The Overlook by Michael Connelly. Another good installment in his Harry Bosch series. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I didn't read any Historical Romance in almost a year and all of sudden, I'm on a HR kick. In the past month, I've read
,
, all which I liked WAY more than I thought I would.I'm glad to be reading one of my favorite genres again!
It's a nice rainy day to do nothing but reads (and sit in front of the computer). Today I finished
Law Man by Kristen Ashley. Mitch is definitely my favorite hero in the series so far.My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I've read all of the Harmony/Rainshadow books. There should be another one sometime in August, I think. At least that's when her new one is usually released.
Read 3 duds in a row (all rated 2.5 stars or less)
But then, I read
which was amazing. Now I'm reading
which I'm enjoying a lot. It has one of those curmudgeonly heroes and he's hilarious.
I'm currently reading some urban fantasy and SF Carve the Mark & The Undead PoolI've ordered Devil in Spring and can't wait for it!
Several people in several different groups, including me, are reading Devil in Spring this month. It seems to be a very popular book this spring.

(still, darn other books)"I've debating starting that Sue Grafton's series. is it good?
I loved "how to flirt..."
ShoSho, I finished it a few hours ago, it was an alright start to the series. I have a feeling that Kinny will get better as the series goes on, she has potential for a lot of growth.
The Sue Grafton Kinsey Milhorn series is a mystery series. It is excellent, if mystery is your thing. I've read them all and love them.

I really enjoyed that one!
I thought
was barely alright. I am listening to
and reading

I started listening to
this morning , less than an hour in. The world is really complicated I had to listen to the first 10 minutes a few time to get what's what. But I really like this narrator and Ilona Andrews and I know I'll love this book!

ShoSho wrote: "I started listening to

Lisa Kay wrote: "ShoSho wrote: "I started listening to

Lauren wrote: "Lisa Kay wrote: "ShoSho wrote: "I started listening to

Lauren wrote: "I was, unfortunately, disappointed with this series. Too much focus on the business and not enough on the characters and the romance."I dnfed the first book in the series and didn't read 2 or 3 (I didn't like how mercenaries the heroines where.)
I picked this one (#4) because the heroine and heroine were not one of the DeLucy's and I'm glad I read it! It almost felt like a standalone - people from the first 3 books appear very rarely and don't have important roles.
Continuing my HR kick, I'm listening to
- I haven't read any of the books from the "series" and I'm following along perfectly alright. I'm enjoying it a lot...there's some light BDSM/bondage but it fits very well in the story.
D.G. wrote: "(I didn't like how mercenaries the heroines where.) ."Agreed. They were very manipulative. I might have enjoyed #4 more if I hadn't read the others :0(
Lauren wrote: "Agreed. They were very manipulative. I might have enjoyed #4 more if I hadn't read the others :0("Very likely!
Finished
, found it ok. It had all the right ingredients except for some reason I found it bland. The "witty banter" was boring and I really didn't feel that sexual tension. At least it counts for the double-decker...

Kate Daniels is a favorite of mine!
