SOLVED. Name of this book... girl and family go to vacation on island where their family own alot of the houses, one of their houses burns down. [s]

It was about a young girl who lived with her mum, and they move to the family island for the summer, which is owned by the grandpa. Each family has their own house within the island. The young girl falls in love with one of the friends another member of the family has brought along. They go on boat trips to the local town and spend a lot of time on the beach. Somehow, the main house catches fire and burns down, and it manages to be the girls fault. Theres a lot of twists and turns in it, don't want to spoil any of it... but all the kids like to go down to this water hole where they jump into from a cliff. THANKS

Thanks!! I'm new to this group so thanks so much for the info. Its YA, and its maybe set somewhere like Rhode Island or somewhere like that? Its kind of a mystery- as in the end, the spoiler part of it... either she is a ghost or her friends are- they ended up dying in the fire I think? Its been awhile so a lot of its vague, but I remember that was on omg part of the book. But I remember the mum and sisters were fighting over who would inherit houses, and do believe the mum's mum has already passed and their dad is all that remained.
