Whitlea tried to hide the light blush on her cheeks, but it was hard. So she just rolled her eyes. "And here I was thinking you were just being nice," she joked.

She looked up at him, denying herself that her heart stopped for a moment when he got that close. But she was smart and had a feeling she knew where this was going, so she was prepared. "Why thank you," she said normally with a small smirk forming.

He laughed a little, stepping closer to her- so that she got closer to the wall. "Want to know the second?"

He studied her for a moment before chuckling. "That would depend on what you have to say about going on a official date with me."

She bit her lip as she examined his face and thought about it. "Hmm...." she said, teasingly pretending to take her time thinking about it. "Maybe~"

She gave a small laugh. "Alright, I'll give you that. Yes, I'll go out with you. But there's one problem," she said and put her hand on his chest.

"I don't kiss before the first date," she said and gave him a wink before pushing him away from her and moving away from the wall. "Or on it, just so you know. Though, who knows. Maybe then I'll an exception."

"But this qualifies as before, doesn't it?" she asked, raising an eyebrow at her. She wasn't about to give in on this, but let him dream if he wanted to. That would just make it better when they finally did kiss for the first time...she hoped.

He hesitated before sighing. "Not even a small peck?" He asked.
