So I'm really lame and have yet to write out a group wide message for the new year. But anyway, I have some ideas.

1. I'm thinking a valentine's day dance?

2. Perhaps a yearbook? Better than the one we set up last time.

3. Some sort of monthly contest, perhaps a writing one?

4. A thread for new years goals? Like, a list of things we hope or anticipate happening in the coming year. Instead of a resolution.

1. I am going to write a lot of information about the school, i just need to know what you guys think should be included.

2. I think we need another Mod, if only for character approvals and consultation. You, Me and Cynthia making the decisions is not working out because I'm the only one to come up with ideas, and you just agree with everything I say.

That's what I'm asking. I need a guide of what should be in the information. It's really going to be about the whole world, I just need a guideline.

But you know what I'm looking for when a character is posted, you just need to look for those things. Still, we probably need another one.

We're all supposed to work together to make ideas, but some have to be offered so that we can work off of them. Not doing anything is not helping.

I mean like school rules, or lore and history of the school, or a map or a combination?

There are times when I can tell a character was done poorly or well, but also times when I have no clue if it's okay.

The point here is that I feel like the only one doing anything, And while I'm fine with that when it comes to structural things and lists and etc. There are things that you guys can do too and it's just not happening. I'm not trying to be mean or rude, but I think you both know that you can do more.

The Thalmor. They love to throw extravagant parties and show off their wealth and power. They also use diplomacy to get what they want if possible as to not look like barbarians. They could throw a party, invite people and have...ulterior motives, such as looking for people.

And to both of you, remember that being co-mods means that we give each other ideas and talk about these things. If possible, we want to get everyone on the same page, or else we'll have like what happened with Haaley. I think we can all agree we don't want that happening again. As much as I love Haaley, I felt as if the other mods like you and I, Cynthia, didn't get to do enough or have enough say.

I have an issue I would like to discuss.

I was cleaning character creation threads the other day and noticed that we have a number of character profiles that were posted incomplete and left there, never being worked on after that. I propose that we delete those after a month so that they don't clutter the thread.
