Personality: Nic has a personality similar to his sister. Or the other way around really, since he's older. He's a goofball to the core and always has his red hair covered head in the clouds. He's a little more open about his silliness than Rissa and shy would be the last word used to describe him.

He's the beginning smarty pants of his siblings and graduated Foxfire early. He likes talking to anyone who'll listen, and testing himself as much as he can.

History: Nic has had an ordinary and dull life. Which is why he took such a fascination to the Black Swan, who he has recently joined after years of searching for them and trying to contact them. Finally he stopped trying to be subtle and frosted a big swan into the grass of a large clearing in the neutral territories. It swiftly got their attention and he was able to join after a fairly easy process.
Other Achievements/Accomplishments: Well he frosted a huge swan on the grass in the middle of a pretty warm day so... he's good at frosting.

Other Notable Things: She's had trust issues, because of her family issues, and worries constantly about what the Neverseen want with her and Keefe. She's determined to find out before it's too late, and she won't have a choice, but will be forced into the chaos.
History: She was always the weird,nerdy girl, so Keefe was her only friend. She shared pratically everything and anything with her, and she though Keefe had done the same.

Personality: Hudelle is a mysterious girl and has always been. She hangs back, but not because she is shy. In actuality, she has a burning passion inside herself that tends to get her in trouble. She thinks the Council could run things better than they do, and speaks out against them occasionally.
Other notable things: She has a pet raven named Smoke.

History: Hudelle was born to two kindly elves that were often busy. They meant well, but didn't spend much time actually raising the children. Hudelle was free to do as she wants. She failed her entrance exam to Foxfire, but her parents thought she attended, so she snuck away every day and did as she pleased. One day, this was discovered and she grew angry at the condescending nature of her accusers, and threw into a rage that had her banished to Exillium at the young age of 12. She now attends as she has for 3 years.

Ummm, I'm afraid that your character can not have four abilities at the age of twelve. Even Sophie didn't have that many abilities right away in the first book. And the history is a bit too short. Personality: Addie is your typical, dorky little girl! She (to her annoyance) is described as being adorable, and described as being younger than she looks; but her childish attitude does not help this matter :) She is an avid reader, and loves reading fiction stories. She hates all physical activities. For some reason, she is quite fond of fighting, despite the Elfish norms. She is a sweets addict, and will not hesitate to sneak up on you to steal your dessert! :)

History: Addie comes from a wonderful family of nine; something that is rare in the Lost Cities. She is constantly in the shadow of her older brother Frisk Zeal and her older sister Amaya Zeal, and is compared to them constantly. She's sensitive and a little needy, but she keeps this all hidden under a calm mask of blankness. She has only two close friends, and one of them has disappeared from the face of the earth. The other is her cat, Toothpaste. She confides more in her careless kitty than in her parents or sister, mostly because her cat won't try and "fix" things.

Oh yeah, and she's got that 'smarty pants' gene that seems to run in the family.

History: Hasn't had a very interesting history. She was born, she was alive, she found Toothpaste as a kitten hiding in her backgyard, and then, in very quick succession, she joined Foxfire, skipped a level, and lost her brother to the wind.

History: She was always the weird,nerdy girl, so she doesn't have many friends. She's starting to get closer to the main gang, but doesn't really feel involved or included. Her sister is one of her best friends, but she's gone a lot.(How's her relationship with her parents?) Her parents are quite overprotective, perhaps to the fact that her sister disappears a lot. They typically don't like her to leave SereneGarden unless with one of them, or to go to Foxfire, which makes her quite annoyed.(Has she been thinking of pressing issues in the world or does she keep to herself?) The Moonlark egg had washed up on shore, and she helped hatch and is now helping raise it.

Personality: Madeline is a very quiet person, which makes most people think she's weak and nice. Even though she's quiet, it's they vicious way she thinks, and the wild way she acts that makes her. She is a very quick reader, and could read a Harry Potter book in the time it takes you to take a shower. Appearance: Ash is a small boy. He has a headful of light blond hair, which looks like a mop, which lands perfectly on his head. He has a pair of dark black eyes, and if you look deeper, you see a flame, which never stops burning. He wears whatever's in his closet. Ash is 6"1 and 90 pounds.

Personality: Ash is a very quiet person. He doesn't talk much, and when he does, it's for a good reason. Ash doesn't like the sound of his voice. He think's it is horrible, even though with or without his voice, girls seem attracted to him. Ash is a very principled student, and would almost never cheat on a test, and when he does, it's to share answers with a friend or give them hints. Ash is a very funny person. When someone's feeling down, he will make silly faces. Ash is very depressed, secretly, since his mother died. He always wanted his mother to be someone cool, like maybe a goddess or a secret agent, which might've prevented her tragic death when she was climbing mountains. He never spoke more than five hundred words a day ever since. Ash loves all sorts of plants and animals since he grew up in a neighbourhood with a lot of wild life.

History: His energy faded when he found out that his mom had been exiled for being a pyrokinetic. He launched into depression and never got over it. He created a tough bubble around himself, preventing others from seeing what had happened to him on the inside. He didn't speak a lot anymore, due to not wanting the truth to slip out. He decided to take the last of his positivity and make it funny for everyone else to become better people, because he knew he couldn't be saved anymore. He made some friends, but hasn't really done anything else good. He does make sure to get average grades.

I would take away "Telekinetic" as one of the abilities, though, since all elves have Telekineses.
I'm also confused, it describes him as small, at ninety pounds, but also says he's over six feet tall, I'm not sure that's possible without anorexia. If you want him to just be slender and tall, you can either make it less specific and just say that, or do some research. (Average height/weight charts by age/gender are pretty easy to find on the internet if you're a sucker for specific details.)

Still approved though, even with those two minorly confusing things, he's still a very good character. I like the flaws/vulnerabilities you've given him, as well as the name.
