Idunno, maybe we could have an option to put skills in the character creation template so people can elaborate on that more clearly?
I don't know. I personally never really follow the templates, I just make sure I have all the relevant information on there.

Other Markings or Accessories: A tiny white scar above his right eye, which he tries to cover with his hair.
Personality: He's a very caring, compassionate person, who loves all of his family and friends. He is also extremely clumsy, and has a habit of losing things ((good thing he's a conjurer :P)). He can do very rash and stupid things, if feeling emotional. He stands up for what he believes in, even if nobody agrees with him.
Other Notable Things: He has an extremely high level of tolerance for people insulting him or pranking him.
History: He lived with his parents, Lorenzo and Kara Cadell, until he and his friend visited a Forbidden Cities without permission, and almost was unable to come back. His friend stole a book secretly. He stood up for his friend, who was able to attend Foxfire again. Like his friend, (Madeline), he longs to see her again. When he started attending Exilium, he was only twelve and hadn't manifested yet. When he manifested the first time as a pisionipath when he was thirteen, he happily started practicing. When he manifested on his fifteenth birthday as a conjurer, he was happy as can be, and retrieved his lost teddy bear Deli who he named after Madeline, and expertly carries her around with him.

What do you mean by "he is a topic of gossip" Who's gossiping about him? Why?
And has an extremely high level of tolerance for what? Pain? People with opposing views? Medicine?
Also, I'd ask you to change the part saying that his smile is cute to something more specific. Cuteness is something more determined by the other character's descriptions. Is his smile dorky? Flirty? Smug?
There are also a few grammatical/tense errors I'd recommend fixing, but he seems like a pretty sound character. Have fun roleplaying!

Personality:
Trixie is such a sweet girl that some people take advantage for that and will usually ask her to do things for them. She doesn't have a problem with it surprisingly, anything to help make that person feel happy. Trixie doesn't really care about the her needs but more so the needs of others. Some may say she acts like everyone's servant but that's better than being called total slime ball isn't it? She's so sweet that she'll even walk up to a total stranger and ask them if she could anything to help. With her friends though, they know she has her weaknesses (see History) and Trixie and push away that weakness by comforting other people.

History:
Trixie graduated Foxfire with high marks so everyone assumed she would find an amazing husband, get a great job, and maybe even have kids. Well, these people were to be disappointed. See, Trixie wanted to do something unexpected. Something no one would ever think she could do. So, she joined the Neverseen after she graduated. Most members could see through her sweetness and decided that his girl could keep their secrets if they had to trust anyone with information. But that wasn't the only reason, Trixie was hired for her Enhancer ability and so the Neverseen would practice with their abilities while she was around. She didn't mind, she was just glad the people around her seemed to like her and be happy.
A few years later, Trixie found out that most of her family was part of the Neverseen too. It wasn't all that surprising, considering the late nights her parents would come home. But tit was because of the Neverseen that the worse happened. One night, her parents didn't come home. Instead, a young man with vibrant red hair told her the news. Her parents died on Mount Everest and fell off the cliff while fighting. She was too shock to do anything except run over to the man and hug him while sobbing. So her weakness is the very memory of her parents. Despite what she tries to do, any time someone mentions her parents, Trixie tries to keep it sealed up so people won't see her own sadness. After all, she doesn't want anyone to worry over her.

Other Markings or Accessories: He has a pair of glasses he always wears despite not needing them. They're used to try to fool Ran, and surprisingly, it works. Sometimes.
Personality: He's a detective type, always making deductions and following leads that can lead him into trouble. He's quite stubborn, along with Ran. He gets competitive over the smallest things at times, and he can't stand to see his loved ones get hurt.
Other Notable Things: He's a shrunken teenager stuck in the body of an eleven year old. How notable can you get???
History: Shinichi had a pretty normal life. Well, as normal as you can get when your parents are literally some of the most well known elves. His childhood friend is Ran, and he likes her a lot more than he'd like to admit. He got into a lot of trouble that changed his life though. He got caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, and the Neverseen had to eliminate him. They feed him a prototype poison made by an alchemyst, and left him there to die. Well, the poison reacted on him differently, and he ended up becoming a child. If the Neverseen ever found out he was alive, they would eliminate him and anyone close to him, so he hides this fact. Due to some mistakes made by a friend of him and his parents, he now lives with Ran and her father.
Other Achievements/Accomplishments: He's good at predicting the Neverseen. He's helped the Black Swan a few times with this ability. He's also quite good at acting like a child. No one knows about his identity except for a few he trusts with his life. And who guessed it. Woops.

She seems cold to those who don't know her, but really, her face just tries to persuade you that she is, but her expressions change to show change in emotion, which mostly turn to look negative. When she needs to help someone, sometimes she ignores the risks and dangers right in front of her eyes.

History: Myra was born into an average family. She lived with her parents Madon and Lily. When she turned fourteen, she manifested gladly, because she was scared she'd become Talentless and not be able to attend ability sessions for the rest of her life. When she turned fifteen, she met with someone who wasn't on her matchmaker list, but who she really liked, who turned out to be working for the Neverseen and wanted to try his skills in kidnapping her and they needed an Empath to tell whether one of their members were lying or traitors. She escaped by using a melder she had in her pocket. She wanted to harden her guts, but she couldn't. She never got married, and don't think she ever will.

I'd also suggest adding some character flaws. From what you say here it sounds like she would be reserved and averse to making social connections, but that's entirely up to you

History: Raye has a sister named Mare whom he's really protective about. After someone started picking on her, Raye defended her as much as he could until it became violent. The bully branded both him and his sister with a letter L on their forehead to remind them "What losers they are." Raye does his best to ignore it. Ever since that day, he's been rather empty, but he tries to hide it. He doesn't want his sister to see him hurt. No one ever knew about this fight. Other than that, Raye's life is pretty good. He has nothing to complain about but the L on his forehead.

Anna-Chris was bullied as a young child because peh was intersex. Peh had no friends for a very long time. When peh was 12, peh made one friend. Peh's best friend in the whole entire world. Peh's friend taught pehm to stand up for pehself and fight back. Peh was never bullied again after peh's fight with the bullies that everyone in the neighbourhood knew about the day after it happened. This is what made Anna-Chris fierce.
Anna-Chris and Janet were best friends for a long time would do anything for each other, or so peh thought. One day, Janet became friends with the people who had bullied Anna-Chris for years. After that, Janet pretended she didn't know Anna-Chris and became a mean girl. This is what made Anna-Chris value loyalty and be loyal.
History:
Peh's father raised pehm. Peh never met her mother and doesn't even know who she is because peh's father would never tell pehm about her.. He said it was too painful to remember her. Peh asked many times, but eventually relented and decided to leave it at that. Before he died, peh's father ran a bakery and now peh has taken it over and is running it, with lots of help from Janice's mother, who still thinks that Janice and Anna-Chris are still best friends.

He got really angry, and his sister screamed at him to stop. Ever since then, the bully has been in shock and his bully squad "retired" because they were all scared of her and what she could do. His life at school was not so ideal, since he skipped some classes, but on his record, it only said that he skipped one class, because he was able to convince the teachers he was there, and hack into the school system to change his skipped classes. It also wasn't so ideal because everyone teased him for having a mute sister. One day, he grabbed onto an elf kid and followed him to Foxfire. The kid whirled around to hit him, but Phoenix had already jumped to hide away. He's hiding in an alchemy classroom somewhere...

Appearance: VVVVVEEEEEERYYYY messy blonde hair that sits on top of his head. He has aquamarine eyes that sparkle when he's excited. They can look a little grey sometimes (reason in history). He's about six feet and has some muscle, not a lot. He has a goofy grin when he's nervous.

Personality: Aaron considers himself an awesome person (not to toot his own horn, or anything... *toot toot*) He gets nervous very quickly and is afraid of most things. He pretends to be courageous around his fears, but on the inside he's screaming like a little girl who has dropped her ice cream on a hot July afternoon. He's vulnerable as can be and that's part of his charm. Yup. Very charming. He sometimes uses humour as a defence mechanism.

History: Well, a long while before Aaron was born, his grandfather worked for the black swan. He had to go on several missions in the forbidden cities. He stumbled upon this lady whom he liked and they talked for a while. His grandfather needed a place to stay for the night. The lady offered her own home and company for his grandfather. After several months of being apart, Aaron's grandfather heard two tiny knocks at the door. He opened it, and there, at his feet was a sleeping baby with a note that basically said that this baby girl's name was Harmony and she was his daughter. Yup. You guessed it. This was Aaron's mother. Because of this unfortunate event, Aaron's abilities have been hindered severally. No one, not even his father who left to be with the Neverseen knew about this family's past. Aaron hasn't told anyone about it.

Personality:
Archer is such a sweet guy that people can't help but be happy around him. Whenever someone is blue and isn't feeling very well, he tends to ask if there's anything he can do to help. Even if you are a total stranger.
He has a slight dark side, one he keeps to himself at times. But when he gets frustrated or angry with himself, he walks it off by going out to eat or even goes out for a run.
History:
Archer lives in the happy city of Santa Ana, California with his adoptive family. They adopted him when he was only three and took great care of him since them. Unfortunately, when Archer frequently paid trips to the orphanage, no one could tell him who his parents were or where they even came from. Everyone there was right lip about it and that frustrated him, more than he cared to admit. Since Archer realized he may never get anything about who his parents were, he gave up and hasn't bothered to try again.
His new family were always happy to have him as a child. He just wasn't sure if this was out of pity or not. Being the oldest of his four adoptive siblings, it was odd at first but all quickly realized that Archer was their big brother and they played lots of games with him. The whole family overall has been supportive and they are loyal to one another.
Archer grew up with a very weird lifestyle. First off, he was one of the brightest boys in his school and everyone knew you shouldn't ever mess yourself with a Smith. Apparently, his adoptive father was one of the boys in the schools who was respected so all of his other children were treated just the same. And no one could ever tell that Archer wasn't one of his sons, merely because they both looked so very much alike. Down to the bright blonde hair to the slight shine in their eyes.

Appearance: Aussie has very very light red hair. Kind of like when you spill strawberry juice on a white shirt, except the colour doesn't come out with bleach (believe me, she's tried!). She has lots of freckles scattered across her face. Her eyes are a nice clean light blue colour. They're very noticeable because of her hair colour. Blue looks really good on her. She's pretty short for her age and doesn't have a lot of muscle. She generally hides behind her long bangs.
Other Markings or Accessories: She will wear light grey gloves once she manifests.
Personality: Aussie hates being called Aurelei. So, don't try calling her that. Last time that happened, she used outward channeling on that person. It wasn't pretty. She can be sweet as can be but once she's triggered, she'll show no mercy.
Other Notable Things:
History: Aussie hides a lot from her family. Like her temper, for example. Around her family she's a sweet little angel, when she isn't, she can be cold. Because of her out of control temper, Aussie accidentally killed someone using outward channeling. No one found out that it had been Aussie. Because of this, her guilt is *this* close to hurting her. It's really just her friends who are keeping her sane.
Other Achievements/Accomplishments: She learned English and Gnomish.
School: Foxfire- If someone finds out what she did, she'll be expelled for sure.

Personality: Uhhh let's see. He's grumpy, mean, always scowling, never amused, has an issue with authority of any kind, hates rules, and doesn't like talking. Unless he's asking questions. Then he will ask questions into the never ending black abyss of forever. Also he likes being annoying.
Other Notable Things: Don't get me wrong he can be a total sweet heart but you have to like stick him in a microwave to warm him up and chop him just the right way so he'll respect you rather than stab you.
History: His dad is an Emissary and is rarely around and his mom is usually at home but likes going out with friends and he has no siblings and gets lonely cause people view him as the bad boy which he appreciates but he just wants a friend *tear*.
Other Achievements/Accomplishments: He stole his dad's pathfinder to the forbidden cities and got into a fist fight with some dude in the streets. Both were fine but Bay clearly won so the guy handed over his tags as a sign of respect. Bay is very proud of these tags.
