@Ishi: Is the Vampire Academy series good? Everyone says so but I heard the same about Vampire Diaries and I didn't like it that much. On the other hand I have no problem with books about Vampires.

I didn't liked the first four books very much I found them okayish. But the last two books are ROCKINGGGGG!!!!!
Someone would pleased indeed considering the original candidate is doing a poor job of reading it :-P:-P@Ishi, You can even add a series if you have read one book after Jan 1st but have read the previous books before that.
