Laura, I moved your request to the Requests: for books in general folder because you're looking for books with a certain theme, not one particular book.
Btw, The Switch mentioned by Juels also came to mind.

Hi, yes. Thank you. I was actually wondering if I should have put it there instead.
I'll try Switch first then. Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for the suggestions. I'd try them all. Thank you!

It's YA, so nothing overtly sexual, at least that I remember.
Lady Of The Knight // Morganna
Not a pirate book, but the hero falls in love with the heroine as a boy.

"What’s that one book, you know, with the indomitable young heroine who runs away to sea to escape an Evil Guardian and pretends to be a cabin boy. Then the pirate captain starts feeling ‘inappropriate longings’ for said cabin boy, and then discovers he is not, in fact, yearning after cock when he saves the intrepid chit from going overboard and feels her boob? They then fall madly in love, thanks to the intervention of her magic hoo-hoo." (Ann Aguirre, 2006)
I just adore the way she described the story and it got me interested. Someone on the same site said that it was Gentle Rogue by Johanna Lindsey so I'm reading it now but I don't think it's the right book.
Apparently, the hero from the story described is unaware at the beginning that the heroinne is in fact a girl. As per her further comment,
"I have to admit, I have a real weakness for cross-dressing heroine stories. (I know!) But it just cracks me up to get into the hero’s PoV where he’s freaking out and fretting over his feelings for his young (male) ward, assistant, secretary, cabin boy…bring it all on; I find that shit hilarious."
I also like those type of books so any help on this, I'd truly appreciate.
In any case, I'm welcome to suggestions that has the same theme even if there are no pirates.
Thanks!
P.S. Since I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention other sites, I decided not to say the name of the site I was referring to. Also, I'm not sure if I should have put this in the "Requests for suggestions" folder instead of "unsolved". But I am a little desperate to know the name of the book. I've been searching many threads and I hope you could help me on this. Moderators, feel free to change the folder if I put it in the wrong place. Thank you!
