“Oh man,” she chuckled, rolling onto her back. “Well I know I didn’t want to.” She began with.
He frowned but didn’t say anything, playing with her hair.
“Before then I was getting my blood elsewhere. Killing, but not...sexually advancing before. But my body was reacting to the lack of lust and i didn’t really know why, until my...my father told me. Talk about a weird sex talk.” She tried to laugh.
“There was this boy a few years older than me who lived on the farm beside mine. His father had a...urge to get his hands on me. He never did but I could feel the itch and the sin that shone off him whenever I went over there.0
He stopped playing with her hair, staring at her face now.
“I didn’t sleep with the father if that’s what you were wondering.” She looked over at him.
He had started to assume that the father had forced himself on her. “The son?” He asked softly,
She nodded. “I...I forced myself on him. Kind of. He was 14 and I took advantage of what changes he was going through.” She sighed
“I was crying, at first, because I knew it was wrong. But the good took over the bad feelings quickly. The first taste or human blood I...” She trailed off, shaking her head.
He rested his head against her neck but didn’t say anything.
“I killed the whole family.” She said. “It was 1905 then, I think,”
“How old are you?” He asked randomly.
“I’m one hundred and twenty-five.” She said.
She closed her eyes and bit her lip.
He lifted his other hand to her hair again.
“I lived in a field home most of my life:” She said.
She shrugged. “As nice as it could have been.”
He nodded, “well... it’s over now. It’s in the past. You’re here with me now.”
She looked over at him and smiled. “Yeah.”
She nodded. “Before all the teenagers come.” She joked.
He laughed and sat up after kissing her neck lightly.
She giggled and looked around for their clothes.
He stood up and handed her some of her clothes when he found them.
She thanked him and began to dress.
When he found his clothes, he started to put them on, too.
She stood and tied her messy hair up into a bum.
He nodded and started picking the stuff he’d brought up. He stuffed them into the car and opened the door for her.
“Thank you.” She got into the car.
He smiled and closed the door before getting into the other side.
She yawned and pulled her feet up on the seat.
Archer drove quietly back to town, glancing at her every so often.
