"Okay what did you find?" She asked.
"Okay, I have to admit, good and bad news," Talbott said.
Talbott nodded an dopened one of the books. "Good or bad news first?" He asked.
"Okay, then. There's a cure," he said. "And I found loads of things about it."
"Okay bad news," he said. "It's a bit complicated." He said.
He smiled apologetically and then turned the book to her. "He has to die again," he said, his eyes flicking to Elian again.
She looked, then scoffed. "Yeah, that's not happening."
"Well, there are other alternatives but this one seems the most effective," he said.
"He's not dying." She said sternly.
"Let me just tell you the details, alright?" Talbott sighed.
Talbott nodded. "Right now. His soul is in pieces. Hence it's name. So he needs all those other pieces to be whole again. The shit thing is where the parts are." Hs
"Can he not live properly without his full soul?" Natalia askedz
"Well, he can but if his other pieces aren't joined to him, then his mind isn't complete, either," He explained:
"Is that why he has mental problems?" She asked.
She nodded and looked at Elian. "How do you feel about this?"
Elian looked at her and then Talbott. He looked at Talbott, "I can still come back when I die... right?" He asked.Talbott nodded, "yeah, someone just has to follow your soul everywhere to find the missing pieces. 2 of the places are easy... I can even go get them myself... but the third, not so much. Which is why you have to die... for the third."
Natalia bit her lip. "I don't want him to die." She wish.
Talbott paused and grabbed another dusty book. He opened it and flipped to a page with magic. "There are other options. Just not as certain because it involves... other people."
"Wait where can you find the first two fragments?"she asked.
He pursed his lips, "hell and heaven."
"And you have access to both of those places?" She raised an eyebrow.Phoenix rested her head on Elian's chest.
