Have you written a book? Are you looking for honest reviews?

If you are an author, please give a list of the books that you are willing to give away for FREE, in exchange for an honest review.

If you are a reader, looking for a free read, look through the list and choose only the books you might be interested in. If you see one you'd like to review, please send the author a message through Goodreads, and work the details out between yourselves.

This group is created to connect eager Christian readers with review-seeking authors.

QUICK NOTE TO THE READER: If you do not like a book that you have been given for free, and your rating is under three stars, please contact the author before you post a negative review. This is not a have-to thing, just a firm suggestion. Even if the book seems lame to you, please take note of the fact that the author has put countless hours and thought into his/her work, as well as a lot of heart!

QUICK NOTE TO THE AUTHOR: If you give a reader a free copy of your book, you must be fully aware that they may or may not like it. You are requesting a completely honest review.

I would love a chance to read/review this novel. Take a look at the blurb for my novel - A Forgotten Fury - and if it looks like something you would be willing to review, holler at me and I'll hope over and pick Adela's Curse up on Kindle. I'm the one asking, so it's only fair I go first : )

This group rocks!

message 11: by Carrie (new)

Carrie Johnson | 7 comments I would love some honest reviews for any of my fantasy books from my series The Glory Chronicles. Each book builds on the previous one as it is an ongoing saga. If you are interested in reviewing one, two, or all three, please let me know and I will email you a free PDF file for the books you have requested.

Journey to Glory by Carrie Rachelle Johnson

232 pages

On Mount Glory, the Ancient One waits to provide that hope to those who are willing to seek Him. By following the Bright Morning Star, some travelers embark on a journey that would change their lives forever. Yet the evil dragon Diablo has no intention of allowing anyone to accept the love of the Ancient One and join His service. The travelers must be swayed from their journey or if not, destroyed before they reached the mountain. What chance could these travelers have against such a heartless, cruel creature and the evil minions that serve him? What obstacles will they have to endure? Will any survive their journey to Glory?

Return to Glory by Carrie Rachelle Johnson

260 pages

Now a year later, the Beloved embark on another journey as they unite to escort a group of new travelers to the Ancient One. Yet this journey may prove to be harder than their first one as Diablo strikes relentlessly in vengeance using old and new threats to stop the humans. Will the travelers choose to put their trust in the Ancient One? Will the minions of evil keep them from their destination? Will any of the Beloved be able to Return to Glory?

Kellyn Roth (kellynrothauthor) | 65 comments I'd love to give free copies of my novel, The Dressmaker's Secret, in exchange for reviews.

Synopsis: It comes to the attention of curious eight-year-old Alice Chattoway that her father is seemingly nonexistent. After realizing that his absence is making her mother unhappy, Alice becomes determined to find him and pull her family together. But Miss Chattoway’s answers to her daughter’s questions are vague at best and Alice begins to wonder if she will ever discover her mother’s secret.

Genres: historical fiction, Christian fiction, literary fiction

Keywords: Victorian era, England, family relationships, faith, romance.

It's perfectly ok for all ages, though I aimed it at upper middle graders through high schoolers.

Okay, I would like to request some reads. Here are my standards:
1) NO ROMANCE!
2) No bad words (although I'd hope that there wouldn't be any in books by these authors :)
3) Recommended for ages 13 down

Thanks!!

Oh, and I'm a slow reader when it's a digital version, so please have patience!

Now that I have a minute to properly answer:
The Apprentices has
1. NO ROMANCE (not even a little bit!)
2. No bad words
3. Has been enjoyed by many readers from about 6 to 60, but was especially written with young people in mind.

I can provide a free PDF copy.

Hi, Leona! Twinepathy has absolutely no romance or cussing (although some people are shipping characters, but the romance so far is non-existent).

Several of my beta-readers have read the story aloud to their younger siblings, which I'm not sure about their ages, but I know at least one is younger than 13.

Send me a message if you'd like a free PDF copy! :) (That also goes for anyone!)

And if anyone wants to read a review of Twinepathy, this one is one of my favorites, and it's super detailed.
