Maria, there's a large group of us reading through Wheel of Time. We're currently on book 5, with a Buddy Read scheduled about every 6 or 7 weeks. You could catch up and join us for the latter part of the series. We'd love to have you!

Apparently my overdrive only had the dramatized version of Fellowship, so that's a bust. I can still do the book, I'll just be slower. Does it work for you to start around the first? I don't think I have a lot planned for the beginning of the month.

Djinn City by Saad Hossain

I've heard some good things about the book, especially its world building. It's also meant to have darker, more serious themes and undertones throughout.

I was hoping to start this early in May.

I will be done with Crimson Campaign tonight. And I'm free until May. When do you want to read? I can do it later too. It's been sitting in my library for a while now. So I'm not in a hurry :)
