Yes! They sent in their specialist who spent about 4 hours checking EVERYTHING! There were 2 outside posts that were corroded, we had a bad cable and a bad "box"... Everything got fixed and I was doing the happy dance!

Amazing how much we rely on Internet. Ours was out for a few days a while back and it was so weird.

Yes our mast was down for about 2 weeks and my Internet and phone is provided by EE (Tmobile) so it was like losing a limb, I only had Internet when I left the village
