Oh, I did enjoy that challenge when I was playing it! Gave it up in the end because it was a bit too time consuming for a solo challenge for my liking. Would be heaps of fun as a group game though.

Np V, happy to answer any questions. You'll pick it up quickly once you start playing I'm sure. The little dude is doing well. He's three months old now and I can hardly believe how quickly time has flown! We're both totally in love with him and it is so amazing to see him grow and develop

...ummm...so just series for now?I am sorry, I sm lost, I looked at the rules, but I dont understand what I need to read.
I will work on a # 1 for now as I am almost done with one...msybe I will understand better once I come back on.
We're on the same schedule Abbie - just woke up too!EMMA!!!! He is soooo beautiful!!!! Glad to hear you guys are all doing so well. Such a precious little guy!!
Ya, we need a consultant for this part of the challenge! Ha!
I'm finishing a series 3 book today. Will look for some shoe ties to line up. Homecoming is today and my boy is home from college this weekend but I'll do my best!
Emma! He is absolutely adorable!!We miss you, but you couldn't be spending your time any better than you are : D
at the minute i need to read through the rules (again) to double check ST, ive put all of the points ect on the team ss but until it is on the main one I'm stuck on how to space them out.It looks like in the downtime it is better to work on series books to able us to "level up"
so
#1
#1 #2
#1 #2 #3
etc
ah right...Weapons level up by points fir each series nmbr
so
Level 1 = # 1 in series
Level 2 = # 1 AND 2 in series
Level 3 = #1, #2 AND 3 in series
and so on.........so actually the higher levels are going to be trickier to get.
I'm bouncing back and firth between threads so forgive my rambling lol

It can be different series though right? And can we used banked books for this...or start from scratch?
week 1 = reading and training to het as many points and levels as we can.Week 2 - Tournament begins and we start to kick some ass!!
yes different series but we can only use banked books in this downtime period, and books banked during Labours and WaT can only be used to sell for gold in the shop
That is just for weaponsgoing to cut and paste a few things but not all of it as it is confusing lol
Weapons
◈ Your hero has a weapon.
◈ The weapon starts with 10 Attack.
◈ The weapon levels up 1 attack each level.
"◈ Levels are gained by reading progressively longer ""series"" of books."
Example:
Level 1: #1 in Series book (11 Attack)
Level 2: #1 and #2 in Series book (12 Attack)
Level 3: #1 and #2 and #3 in Series book (13 Attack)
Health ◈ Your hero starts with 20 HP
◈ Your hero gains 5 HP every level
Example:
Level 1: 20 Max HP
Level 2: 25 Max HP
Level 3: 30 Max HP
...
◈ Levels are gained by getting XP from quests or monsters.
◈ When a hero levels to the next level, their HP are healed to their new max health.
Monster Cards ◈ Monster cards have monsters that can be fought for experience and/or items.
◈ Monsters are fought using health, a weapon and potions.
◈ Hero health is the same whether in a tournament or monster battle.
◈ A Hero always attacks first unless otherwise noted.
◈ If a Hero is knocked out during the battle, the monster heals to full health.
Okay, that is what I thought, so pretty much starting our Series # from scratch for this week. The last half of series won't be too hard, cause we could just have a section where we keep track on our sheets.
Just like for our last Labor game, just set up spots to claim for each level.
If we all work together with clamimg a series number we should be good to build....Just build off one level at a time.
Maybe for the start we can set up sections for the first 5 levels? For everyone to claim
I mean if everyone just reads ones and two's, we wont build very far....that is just my opnion though...
Sorry...trying trying to be strategic about it....Lol..I want to beat these (place name here) ...you know who...
Okay, I just finished a #1 last night. I'm currently reading #1, and want to get to a #5 hopefully by tomorrow.
So lets set up a section the first 5 levels, and see where everyone can be placed.I say have everyone claim only one to 2 spots at a time, this way we dont have one person clamining a lot at once, so we can fill in better. Once someone finishes, then they can take the next important available spot.
Once all sections for level 5 are filled, we open one level at a time, and so forth.
Make sense?
I am almost done with a 1 too, but that is fine, since we will need those ones...then I can just move on to what we need next.
Can you set that up in the spreedsheet V, since the three of us are on right now, we can get it started, and then we can get everyone going once they log on?
Looks like we can put:Eldarwen in for a #2
Tamika in for #1&5
Abbie #1
V #4
I would help...but spreadsheets dont like me...
..sorry, istn level 1 just a 1, then level 2 is just a 1&2, level three is a 1,2,&3?We might confuse people if we block it to ten
...or did I just understand that wrong?
V, just put mine in for level one, As I should be done in a bit.Maybe Tamika's 1 and Elderwens 2 for level two
