Haha yes! You claimed two spots. Am sure you can do this!

I started my Miracle book already. Would make a nice break from Murakami's depressing stories, thank goodness am almost done with it!

Kimberly (poweki) | 1713 comments Kathleen wrote: "Haha yes! You claimed two spots. Am sure you can do this! "

It should be fine. I'll just need to know the romance book I'm reading ASAP b/c I'm wait-listed for the Girl Walks Into A Bar...

I'll work on my paper for a bit and will check back in in a couple of hours to see where we're at.

kat (wanderfulbooks) (wanderfulbooks) | 2329 comments Kimberly wrote: "I'll work on my paper for a bit and will check back in in a couple of hours to see where we're at. ."

How's the masteral course going on? What's your thesis topic?

Nikki the Sapphired Book Dragon AKA NixieNut (sapphireddragon) | 1397 comments yup me too though i have a long weekend to help me out :-) its harder to get much reading done during the week these days though I have started listening to audio books when i walk in my lunchbreak :-)

Nikki the Sapphired Book Dragon AKA NixieNut (sapphireddragon) | 1397 comments also I swear every time I leave the house, our thread erupts LOL! This morning not more than 5 mins after i left to take my daughter to the movies, the announcement about the extra week came out then shortly after i leave to go shopping, we get another two lotas of bonus labours. I am heading to a baby shower tomorrow so it will be interesting to see what happens then :-P

kat (wanderfulbooks) (wanderfulbooks) | 2329 comments Lol Nikk when you come back from the baby shower, we'll get 25 free books from the agency and another replacement player. And maybe complete 3 bonus sets, get 4 bonus sets open (we're definitely using the freebie open a new bonus set!) and... oh yeah we'll be in the middle tier group by then!!! Haha

Is there anywhere it could fit?

It's a main page romance genre!

Take is a good first word for the next book...

What do you think Kathleen?

Employment Law. I'm writing about unfair dismissal...

I'm clearly finding GR verrry distracting today.

You need a break once in a while ;) your topic is a very heavy subject matter so we're here to lighten things up a bit! :D

Great list! I enjoyed Girl on a Train more than Gone Girl.
Can't wait what's your take on it.
I've been meaning to read Aeronaut's Windlass for some time now! If I finish Way of Shadows before you start it, I'll join you on that one.

Kimberly (poweki) | 1713 comments Kathleen wrote: "Do you have something for Take? "

I don't have anything on hand that starts with 'Take' - I thought it seemed easy though.

I suppose, optimistically, I could hope that someone else wants to read Take Me with You or Take Me with You or Take Me With You or Take Me, Take Me With You

Because then I could read: You Had Me At Hello

and then someone else could read: Hello, Cupcake or Hello, Darkness or Hello, Goodbye, and Everything in Between or Hello, I Love You, etc...

I realise that I have described a far-fetched optimistic plan.

Please let me know if I should download and start one of the romance books I listed above. (Here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...)

~~~N~~~ (chocolate-cannibal-bunnies) | 616 comments I could read
Take this regret
Take me on
Take it all
Take me
Take me now
But I'd prefer it if someone else had a book starting with Take.
Or I could do one of Kimberly's Take suggestions
You entered a time warp. Woah Deja Vu.
Ford Prefect looks over at you and causally mentions that the Earth is about to be destroyed. You react with some alarm and inquire as to if anything can be done. He doesn't think there's much of a chance but you're welcome to try if you don't want to join him in space.
◈ Use a Babel Fish - Read a book that was originally written in a language other than your own.
◈ Don't Panic - Read a book where someone has a nervous breakdown.
◈ Speak to Aliens - Read a book set in outer space.
◈ Find a Ballpoint Pen - Read a book where the main character is a writer.
◈ Bring your Towel - Read a book that's title starts with T.
Travelling--I love to hike to a secluded spot and read for a few hours, pack up, and then find another spot. Wish I could walk into Quebec, but the border is pretty well guarded, either by cameras or at Customs stations.
