Lol, dely.... no worries. I understand what you mean. :-)
Sometimes I also am in the frame of mind wherein only certain books are tolerated, and rest seem insipid.

am very happy to see so many sign ups!:D
I totally agree with about the choice of shelf, people have hundreds of books on their tbr. So it will help if one give here a modified shelf here.:)
people can sign ups till 14 and by 15 we'll announce the pairings.

Removed the link of of my to-read shelf from previous comment. Posting the link to pick-it-for-me

Do add the links of the person's comment (with the shelf link) on the sign-ups list. That will be easier for the picker to get to his/her partner's comment (and hence the shelf link) without hassle.
And I agree with Sri on specifying the maximum no. of books on one's shelf, i.e. the immediate TBR shelf. Maybe 14-15, or whatever you guys decide.
Happy picking, everyone! :D

Better to finish book in a month. If this i.e. July, turn out to be a success we'll make it a monthly feature. :)
But if you finish first books fast, you can ask your partner to pick another book for you.

Or you can choose rest of the books for that month yourself. :) :) just kidding.

Yep, just won't tell my partner that I have finished my book ;) :P

I like this idea - reassigning partners sounds fun :D (more work for the mods though)
Jaya & Sharadha: With members showing so much enthusiasm for this, I think we'll make it a monthly feature.:)
Jaya wrote: "should the partners also change each month/every two months? to the break monotony? (more members could interact with each other that way....)"
That's the idea. Every month people will have to put up their names. Unless they add a disclaimer saying they have to be considered every month. And the process of randomization will be there. Otherwise the partners may end up boring each other :P (JUST KIDDING)

You have to give a whole shelf full of possibilities for your partner to choose for you.. not a single book :D

We'll announce pairs by 15 and then you can choose book/books for your respective partner. You have to read the given book in July.
