I am pretty sure Hank Bracker is not a notable person. I couldn't find anything on Google about him except his own promotions.

To make matters worse, when I searched for quotes on Havana, at least one of his "quotes" contains self-promotional information at the end, including how to contact him.

Since any author, including myself, can list their books on Goodreads, I disagree that that alone makes them "the subject of a published secondary source material." If you are putting your own stuff on the web that is not a secondary source.
