Any book by Jim Butcher released in the past 10 years...I get the hardcover(s) on the release date from my local library, and buy the paperbacks as soon as they are published. With each new release, I almost always wind up staying up until 2 or 3 AM.
@Jeremy Same! XD I started with Storm Front two years ago and I'm up to White Night. I barely sleep when i'm reading one.Grave Peril especially kept me up past a sensible bedtime though. I distinctly remember finishing (in tears) at well-past four AM.
One of the Harry Potter books, I forget which. The owner was this rather eccentric friend of mine who said he wanted his book back the next day, so...
Pick only ONE? Don't be silly!Oh, all right.
The latest in a long, long list would be The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Yes, the Holy Spirit comes over you and you are able to read night and day without sleep until finished.

Now you're making me envious (which is a sin) - I read the Bible, but it didn't happen to me like that. What's wrong with me?
the Lord of the rings (I'm including hobbit in this as well) all of Tolkiens work had me staying up at all hours wanting to finish lol
House of Leaves. It took me six days to read, but I stayed up really late most of those nights reading.
The last for me was I'll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson. I had thought I'd just peek at the sample on my Nook before bed and the next thing I knew, I had the whole book, it was 4am, and I was sobbing.
Stephen King's "IT." I bought it on a Friday after class, and read straight through until I finished it (ha!) sometime on Sunday. Lucky it was released so early in the semester.c

The only book I've ever read cover-to-cover without sleep is The Celestine Prophecy. (Twenty-five years ago.)
The Basic Eight by Daniel Handler (Better known as Lemony Snicket!) I swear, I read three quarters of this in one night. At first I just wanted to get to the murder scene (not a spoiler; you know who the murderer is from the first page), but by then I was so wrapped up in the story/so close to the end I decided I might as well keep going. This is still one of my favorite books to date. :)
There have been so many books over my life which have kept me from sleeping. The one I remember most distinctly was Midshipman's Hope.I started reading it that evening in bed. My husband went to sleep as normal. When his alarm clock went off I was 2 chapters from the end and still going strong. Sadly the rest of the series was a bit of a let down. Same formula kind of thing.
agota kristof : the notebook, the proof, the third lie.... That trilogy was something else, I'm not even sure if I liked it or not, but it was surprising from the begining to the end. It kept me up for 3 nights (3 books 3 nights, you know). Just jump into it and spend the rest of your life thinking how you would have writtin book 2 and 3.
Hunger Games. The first one. The sequels fell away pretty quickly, but the first book was a showstopper.
Half blood prince I was high school and I ended up sleeping in class the next day but it was worth it.
Currently reading Christian Nation by Frederic C. Rich. This one will be keeping me up at night for a long time -- it's terrifying.
Room . I started it the afternoon I borrowed it, and didn't put it down until I'd finished, around 3am. I honestly don't even remember if I paused for bathroom breaks, it was that good!

Thanks, I'm so glad I randomly saw your post! As soon as I saw it, I looked it up and bham! This is it. Case closed.
