Fingers crossed! The chips & dip are waiting for you. ;)

Thanks!! They are a favorite to make...and eat, hehe.

And I will be finished with this other 2010 book soon. Going with

How it fits: Shelved 262 times as 2010; On page 2 of 2010 Shelf
Date Read: 4/9/16

This one was really good. Very reminiscent of Groundhog's Day (and the book even mentions the movie) where you get to live a single day over and over. I really didn't like the main character, Sam, at all...at first. As the book went on I liked her more, when she started to be a better person and right some wrongs and all that. In the end I really liked this one.
Book 2 – Complete

This one was okay. I looooved the concept. Jem can see numbers, which tell the day a person is going to die. I was hoping for more than I got, I think. It was interesting, but at the same time kind of boring for me. I just wanted more.
I now own Atlantic Avenue

Book read: Mockingbird

AMANDA owns, so I guess I'm hanging out too!!!"
Wait! Maya, I already used the #2 Chance Card, so that card is out of play. You'll need to pick a different Chance Card!

I actually thought that halfway into my third beer last night. I had tucked this in a word doc when I had no net access, hopefully my other books will work still....

Well, I'm currently reading one book on that shelf. So just need to finish that and then pick another one!

Review: This book was 870 pages but flew by! JK Rowling is such a genius! It also helps that I have a bad memory and it had been many years since I read this the first time. Many of the details I had forgotten. It was a pleasure to reread this!
How it fits: #4 on the Re-read list

This one is a reread for me. And of course I loved it! I hated angsty Harry, and Umbridge of course...but this series is amazing. And they keep getting better! I can read these again and again.

Technically I started it yesterday, but hadn't gotten very far in as I read another book at the same time. But I read it for Clash of the Carnies (and Life at Hogwarts)....and Battleship...and maybe Bingo (if it works). XD So I tried to get through it quickly. :)

My current book doesn't count & we will see about the one after. Have to play it by ear with all these other challenges.

And good job!"
Ohhhh. It's a Friday and since I updated so late for last week, I don't have anything that fits.

I'm 2 weeks behind, I think. I've got to start and finish Chasing Spring, and then I can roll for the 7th, start and finish that book, and then roll for the 14th. But it'll probably be a while before I read Chasing Spring.

I've already rolled for the 7th, but haven't finished anything that would count yet (I was working on my book for the First Impressions challenge and kinda forgot). So, two books before next week? Challenge accepted. ^_^

I'm glad you're liking it so far :)

B and O Railroad-read a book that someone thought stunk

A Lady of High Regard by Tracie Peterson
Read: 4/17
Rating: 3.5 stars
Fits: quite a few 1 and 2 star reviews
Review
Enjoyable read. I liked Mia and how she didn't back down from trouble and did what she felt was right.
I own B and O Railroad Yay

Start: B and O Railroad
End: Pennsylvania Avenue
Task: Read 2 books on part of a series shelf

She put that it has received quite a few 1 and 2 star reviews. 1 star is a pretty good indicator of the stink factor.

Spot: Pennsylvania Railroad

Review: I'm glad I enjoyed this book :) It was an easy light read, and I'm reading more of those lately. They don't require much thinking, but I find I'm really able to get into them. I liked the way (view spoiler) One thing I do agree on, though, is how Lilah (view spoiler) Anyway, I liked the way that ended, and I also liked the swapping of POVs as well as the time jumps.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
