Good for you, Jane. Let's see, what can I say:I have a nice home. A well-deserved DIVORCE! Plenty to eat, when it should just be enough:), and the best friend and side-kick in the whole world, My Queen, my daughter who stood by my side when everything came crashing in on me...

I have a warm home with hot & cold clean running water.There is food to fill me (and drinks).
I have moderately good health.
I need for nothing.
I have a loving husband and a dopey cat.
I have all the blessings I should ever need.
I do not live in daily fear nor under tyranny.
My stepkids both go to school.
My life compared to too many on this rock hurtling through space, is one of plenty.
I am blessed and thankful.

Alex; do you have Nutella in the house?
Warm 1/3 cup milk in a pan. Add 2 or 3 tsps Nutella and whisk til smooth. Add the rest of the cup of milk. Heat. Serve. Yummy hug in a mug (and low syn on Slimming World) :-)

I have one of those lamps and I've already used it. I'm tired of winter, too, even though it hasn't really begun yet. Yikes.
Well now I feel like I'm missing out on an indulgence as I have no Harry Potter snuggy... or a snuggy of any type. DARNIT! Chin up, fellow writers. Make the tea, light the candles, do a good ju-ju dance, and fire up that creativity! Even if you just play out a scene in your head today... and only write those crucial fragmented thoughts down on paper with a darn eyeliner (because it's all you have handy), then consider yourself successful today! Winter means we are forced into our writing caves. And the cold weather just means we need to bang the keyboards more so we can work up a sweat and stay warm!!!
