"Innit" is indeed a newish slang version of "isn't it" that has existed for quite a time in the UK, but adding it to the end of almost every sentence, uttered by certain groups of teenagers/YA, seems to have grown quite popular in relatively recent years. However, I reckon much like "fab", "not" and "bad" etc it will no doubt become old-fashioned to say it.
