#327 not merged. Covers are not identical (one cover has '1' below the title)#328 too many shelvings to merge the ebook with the invalid isbn. There was also a duplicate paperback edition (isbn10 and isbn13 divided over two editions), merged those.

Reverted the cover change/removal for both requests. Updated/added the ACE description.
The second request had a real duplicate edition, merged that duplicate.

360 - Done. Also found another duplicate where ISBN10 and ISBN13 were split across two editions (English, paperback). Separated, merged, recombined.

#369, 370 done#371 Since it was just added and hadn't been shelved, and merging and combining isn't fully working for popular books, I have merged it into the default edition. (Instead of separating both editions as is policy.)

I'm the author of these books, I can confirm I am NOT writing them nevermind publishing them. I asked Maria if it was something she could do for me.
