I really enjoyed the second Georges Gorski book by Graeme Macrae Burnet, The Accident on the A35, so now I have borrowed from the library the first book of that series, The Disappearance of Adèle Bedeau
This book is amazing 200 Women: Who Will Change The Way You See The World
written by Ruth Hobday.I picked up my copy from the library, I think I may be the first to borrow it. I've shown it all around work, and have asked we add it to our collection. I'm buying it for my daughters, as are other friends at work.
It's less than $40 AUD free post though Booko. Such a nice looking book!

It was supposed to be happening a while back when the new shopping centre was built and a number of us were at meetings supporting it. But then it was canned in their wisdom and all we got was a Woolworths and some other shops.

Haha! It still puzzles me - ebooks HAVE to be cheaper for the publisher than a "real" book!

Nice selection of books there Brenda (well done on Year One!) Don't ever go away for a really long trip or you won't be able to get in the door for books when you get home!

Wow that's a huge haul, Brenda. Now the big decision is which one do you read first. Exciting to receive all those books, but do you feel a little under pressure knowing they are from the publisher and they need to read in certain time frame?
Yes! I do Sharon :) But I'll try to read them in date of publication order, though a number of them are already published :) Nevertheless, I'm sure to enjoy them!

Great selection of books Brenda 😃I’d love to read Two Weeks 'til Christmas by Laura Greaves but seems it’s not on the radar of my libraries yet. I’ll just patiently wait......

Wow that's quite a haul. Do you keep all your books once you've read them or do you pass them onto others or donate to op shops?
