Thanks. A couple of the books I bought I haven't been able to get from the library. I picked up The Dinner based on your recommendation, Marianne.

Both sound good - added to my 'want to read' shelf
If you do read William Kent Krueger's books Diana then start with the first book in the series. There is a lot of character development which makes the books even better:)

Yep, picked the first book to add to my list. I'm a bit anal and have to read in order.

I enjoyed The Keeper of Lost Causes by Jussi Adler-Olsen and will get around to the 2nd book eventually...
Just received from Allen & Unwin -
Suddenly One Summer by Fleur McDonald and
The Passage of Love by Alex Miller

Netgalley just gave me A Time of Love and Tartan by Alexander McCall Smith which makes me very happy
That's the way :) You read John Sandford don't you? NetGalley has his new one there if you're interested.
I am only just starting his books and he has two lengthy series so I doubt I will be up to his current stuff for a while:)

Love the Department Q series, Phrynne! Hoping to read #6 very soon!

What a great book, hope you enjoy it Diana. Can't wait for the second one to come out featuring Aaron Falk. Have you tried Never Never and Fifty Fifty by James Patterson - both set in Australia and featuring a feisty female detective?
