I'm thinking they retitle the same book so that more people will purchase it, especially if they're caught unawares!

I have a nice haul from today :)
My mystery book is
The Song of Us by J.D. Barrett
I also received from Marianne
Heavenly Pleasures by Kerry Greenwood
The Missing Pieces of Us by Fleur McDonald
The Golem and the Djinni by Helene Wecker
And from Tea Cooper
The Horse Thief
The Cedar Cutter
The Currency Lass
and Janette Paul signed my copy of

The One-Cent Magenta: Inside the Quest to Own the Most Valuable Stamp in the World
I have two weeks off starting Saturday July 1 so hope to get through quite a few books.

Yes it's a great lot of books Kylie - though fortunately I came home with less than I took! We had a great time :)
Same Marianne! Today was trying to do two days of weekend jobs in one day! It was worth it though:)

The Art of Keeping Secrets

Monarchy: England and Her Rulers from the Tudors to the Windsors

Copycat

Shadows in the Cotswolds

Here Lies Our Sovereign Lord (Stuart Saga, #6)

I came back with fourteen books:
Dear Banjo and Wimmera (thanks Brenda)
In the Month of the Midnight Sun and The Breakdown (thanks Carolyn)
The Girl Before: The addictive global bestseller (thanks Sharon)
plus my mystery book The Stolen Child
plus a second win Amber and Alice (signed)
plus my two Jaye Ford (signed) plus A Woman Transported from Sharon plus two Debbie Macomber returns from Suzanne plus my current and next read. And even though my load was less, I was pretty weary by the time I had climbed the hill from the station at 7.30pm

Great pick ups Zoey. I just ordered The Art of Keeping Secrets today

It sounds like you made a wise call there! :)
And wow, Zoey - some wonderful scores from the op shop there! :) Lucky girl! :)
You got some fantastic books at your get together too Marianne! What a super idea!
Try clicking on the book title in. Veronica's message. It takes you to a whole other book! Yet in Zoey's message it goes to the correct book. Very strange:)

Funny how the washing and cleaning is still there waiting for you if you have a day off at the weekend :)
I also came home with some great books from the Newcastle meet:
Vinegar Girl by Anne Tyler (from Marianne)
A Woman Transported from the lovely Sharon Robards, a book I've been wanting to read for a long time so thank so much Sharon (and for signing it!), so nice to meet you :)
And my mystery book was Darkest Place by the wonderful Jaye Ford, also a book on my tbr. (and also signed by the lovely Jaye - thank you!)

Wow! That's weird!!

Haha! That's crazy. I did have trouble posting that comment. It came out all wrong and I had to edit it.

You're a lucky ducky to be able to have your books signed by Jaye Ford, Marianne! I'd love to be able to do that! I love her books! =o)

Okay, Veronica, I'm going to ask this question even though I may have to tuck my head under my wing afterwards!
How do they charge for books at 0.90¢ a centimeter?

They pile the books up and then measure this with a ruler and times the cm by 0.90. So a good idea not to pick any really thick books :)

The Horse Thief by Tea Cooper...which was my mystery book and signed by Téa on the day :)
Colours Of Gold by Kaye Dobbie ... from Sharon
Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert..from Suzanne
and from Marianne...
Crazy Love You by Lisa Unger
The One-in-a-Million Boy by Monica Wood
The Good People by Hannah Kent
The Devil and Miss Prym by Paulo Coelho
...and since I didnt bring my Jaye Forde's along I got autographed bookmarks instead ;)
A good haul :[]

That was nice of Jaye to bring bookmarks for those who didn't know she would be there.
I really liked Crazy Love You it was my first Lisa Unger.

And that was nice of Jaye to do that for those folk who weren't in the "know." :)

Indeed it is Kylie and it was a lovely gesture from Jaye :)
I just received

Lucky girl!!
I got Prince Harry Boy to Man: A Novel

On the Java Ridge by Jock Serong (looking forward to this one)
