I was returning resources today to my library and of course the new released caught my eye. Some nice brand new copies landed today. I limited myself to only one. Our Tiny, Useless Hearts by Toni Jordan. Looking forward to it.

I've read one of his books and enjoyed it, Brenda. Looking forward to your review :)

I think the title is terrible for the sort of book it is!

I just got a notification I won another book, On The Blue Train, I love anything I can get from Allen & Unwin
That's alright - I searched for the title and couldn't find it :) I'll have another go - thanks :)

This is a great bargain for a kids cook book, with recipes by Margaret Fulton.
.$7 free post from QBD via Booko. I'd recommend it as a gift, it's gorgeous and engaging!

I just ordered from book depository The Turner House by Angela Flournoy. I booked a ticket to see her at the MWF so hope it arrives soon! I'd like to read it before the session :)
I've had a recent change of luck with TRR and have three books to look forward to:The Drowned Man by Brendan James Murray which is yet to arrive.
I See You by Clare Mackintosh which has arrived and I am very excited about :)
Jailbreak: 25 Unforgettable Australian Prison Escapes by Wendy Lewis which I was informed of this morning...looking forward to this one also ;)

Brenda wrote: "Good luck with that Mish :) They usually take around 10 days to me..."I need to read another book beforehand so 10 days would be perfect Brenda. :)

I was lucky with TRR too, I won a copy of Savage Congress this morning. I managed a GR and TRR win in 24 hours

I just picked up Hades by Candice Fox and Bullseye by James Patterson, which was on the shelves at Big W a lot earlier than I thought it would be.

It was published late July Elias so I would have been surprised to NOT see it there :) They are always pretty well on time with new releases :)
They sure are! I think I had it mixed up with the August release date of the Michael Bennett "Book Shots" novella.

[author:Richard Beasley|722674] is great Brenda, loved Me and Rory Macbeath. I madly recommended that one to everyone!
with great regret, the book whisperer attended the LAST EVER Rotary Book Fair at Austinmer (the R Club members are all getting too old to lift all those heavy boxes: what's left today is going to Lifeline) and spent a measly dollar, got 2 books, nothing on my wishlist but Brenda and Jools should be happyTamar for Brenda and
The Little Paris Bookshop for Jools
It was all $5 a bag...
No J.D. Robb, but I have seen that other book you were after, Veronica, and the Graftons in my travels so will see Tues...
