Recently Purchased/Acquired book/s - part 2
Collected my reserve The Mammoth Book Of Best British Crime 8 from the library (borrowed solely for the Alexander McCall Smith story therein) and perused their sale table. For the princely sum of $2, came away with Five Bells, The Rebel, Froi of the Exiles and Quintana of Charyn
My new ebook purchases are Six Minutes and The Suspect. One of my new reading challenge is to read an Aussie new release in the month it was released. So this month I chose Six Minutes mainly because it is set in Canberra. If I didn’tlive in Tassie, I would live in Canberra

Just received from Simon and Schuster Australia an advanced release copy of Tidelands (The Fairmile #1) by Philippa Gregory. Tidelands
Due for release in the bookshops on 20th August 2019!

During the school holidays I picked up two free books from RACQ for the Premier's Reading Challenge. There was a choice of books and my son chose We're All Wonders
and I chose Fearless Frederic
for my teenage daughter. I'm going to read them both too!
I have just received in the mail from Simon & Schuster - Tidelands by Philippa Gregory, I very excited for this.
I have just received my copy of Tidelands from Simon and Schuster, woohoo! It looks like a few if us got happy mail from S&S today.I am super excited as it fits right into the time period that I covered in my History degree. Best of all, it is a real book!
Sharon I bought my ebook and it was the best thing I could have done. I loved the book and the setting. It is not often that I read a book set in a place I know. I hope you enjoy your copy of Six Minutes too

He's lovely Krystal. I met him a couple of months ago at the Civic Theatre here in Newcastle where he did a show. He was funny, compassionate, caring - a wonderful human being :)
