question
Which is the best Georgette Heyer book to start with?

I love Georgette Heyer and have read and loved all her books. For people new to her work, which would be the best book to start with?

These Old Shades, then The Devil's Cub

I really enjoyed Slightly Dangerous, Slightly Dangerous - and the "sequel" about Christine's sister Eleanor - Once upon a dream
and also by Georgette Heyer - Frederica is my biggest favourite by far; an enthralling story, with "Modern inventions".
