-Well it looks like I only got to two of my books from this challenge, which saddens me a little but I got sick and I am still currently sick and my challenges have suffered for it. I really enjoyed the two books I read though and I will probably read a few others in the future. So thank you for picking them for me! I love to add more to my TBR so I am glad I do these PIFM challenges

Happy reading :)

Kaity | 492 comments Finished another one, Sassafrass.

On Dublin Street - ...I was afraid that I wasn't going to like this book. I've seen so many 5 star gushing reviews but new adult is such a difficult genre for me. Angst and drama are exactly what I don't want when reading and I feel like NA can go way over the top sometimes. ANYWAY, On Dublin Street was phenomenal, loved it! <33 The last 20%ish killed me but it was so well done and I loved Joss and Braden so much that I could deal. Thank you for the recommendation!!

Hi Pam!
So glad you enjoyed the Robyn Carr and Firefly Lane! I've read the others in that series from Robyn Carr and liked them...I'll have to pick up that one since you enjoyed :)

Firefly Lane is one of my favorites and I bawled through the ending too! She's written another in Tully's perspective—Fly Away—I'm sure it's amazing too (I haven't yet picked it up) but I think it'll be hard to read without Kate...

Hi Tammie!,
So sorry about not responding to your picks...thank you so much for them, they're great! I've been trying to get through a mound of borrowed library books (I was a bit ambitious in how many books I could read in one check-out) but am now going to start reading Just the Sexiest Man Alive...I'll you know how it goes! If I still have time in Feb I'm going to get to Come Away with Me :)

Thanks again for all the great picks, I've added a bunch to my TBR list like Love Unscripted, Worth the Fall, and Reasonable Doubt, that I can't wait to pick up!

I haven't read The Nightingale yet...but I've been meaning to pick it up. I love most Kristin Hannah books so I'm sure it's good, and now knowing you enjoyed I'll definitely move that up on my TBR list :)

Madison ✨ | 90 comments Tammie,
I just finished Just the Sexiest Man Alive and loveeed it! I too love books with the 'stars' and Jason was just such the epitome of that! I even enjoyed that they made fun of how unrealistic the story is for this mega movie star to fall in love with her—and usually, this is the off putting aspect to books with famous people, yet in this one, it worked for me. Thanks for the rec to get to this one! On to the next pick ;)

Danielle Gypsy Soul (afdaniellet) | 1088 comments Fleurette,

Thanks for the picks. I read Edge of Obsession (The Edge, #1) by Megan Crane and Fully Ignited (Boston Fire, #3) by Shannon Stacey . I actually ended up reading Have You Seen Her? (Romantic Suspense, #2) by Karen Rose instead of I'm Watching You (Romantic Suspense, #3) by Karen Rose because I hate to read out of order. But I'll hit that one in March. I added Pandora's Daughter by Iris Johansen to my TBR but couldn't get to it this month.

message 164: by Kaitlyn (new)

Kaitlyn | 2 comments I don't know if I'm even writing in the right place here but I figured I'd give it a shot. Okay I need some recommendations here. I'm an avid book worm. I love romance with some HOT SEX but with a awesome story line. It seems a lot of erotica is just sex sex and more sex with a crapy storyline. And books with great storylines have no sex scenes. I'm really sick of these weak, blushing and weak female leads. We're are our strong badass females? I love an alpha male but common we're not all virgins the blush at the first bit of attention we get! HELP ME PLEASEEEE!!!!!

I am reading my 5th pick Written in My Own Heart's Blood (Outlander, #8) by Diana Gabaldon -but I am only getting about half way so not sure if I will be able to finish it before months end!

Thanks again for the great picks!

~KarenH~ I didn't get to as many books as I wanted to this month. It seemed to have slipped away from me. But, I have added all of the new books to my TBR. I hope to get to them soon. Here's the three I got to this month:

Scarlet (The Lunar Chronicles, #2) by Marissa Meyer Scarlet -- great addition to the series. I love how the story is moving along. I can't wait to get to book 3!

Neanderthal Seeks Human (Knitting in the City, #1) by Penny Reid Neanderthal Seeks Human -- utterly adorable. I think this was my favorite book of the month! Thanks for that recommendation.

No Rest for the Wicked (Immortals After Dark #3) by Kresley Cole No Rest for the Wicked -- this was great fun! It was sad at times too. I really felt for Kaderin and Sebastian both. I can't wait to see where the series is headed. LOVED the narrator in this one.

I'm going to be starting The Many Sins Of Lord Cameron today and hope to get to Falling for Max soon too.
