Gabriela Thank you Melanie and Brandi! All three of them look great, so I'll see which I can get ahold of.

laurel [the suspected bibliophile] (laurelthereader) Holy guacamole I actually added another book. I've been on a roll lately but nothing that really fits with the remaining categories of this challenge.

Here's my March release, Fire Touched (Mercy Thompson, #9) by Patricia Briggs for 7/6. Post #9 is updated!

Diane | 1234 comments I finished this challenge with #6 Six of Crows (Six of Crows, #1) by Leigh Bardugo first in a series. Life has really got in the way of reading recently. Let me tell you what I hated about this book - I was reading on an e reader and didn't know I was on the last page until I was there. After getting to that last page I wanted more and I would have totally paid full price to go on with the series (and I am a cheap ass) but the NEXT ONE IS NOT OUT YET! This book was amazing and I am so glad that it was our group read this month. I can't wait to go on with the series.

Hey now! 6 is nothing to sneeze at, and you should feel mighty proud for completing that challenge! :)

(Here I sit with only 4 down and 4 days to go. I doubt I'll get 6 - though I'm going to try!).

Day La | 46 comments Well, with 3 days left I don't think I'll be able to finish all 10 but I was close with 8! I had a lot of fun with this challenge and can't wait to try out the next one!

I feel you, Day! So close and yet so far :P But 8 is a great number, well done!

Also, I don't know if you've seen it, but the 2nd quarter challenge is up for perusing and sign-up. We'll be starting on Friday!

Hillary (eledri) | 759 comments So I spent some time actually looking at what I've read and found that I had missed 2 books that worked for the challenge.

Gretel and the Case of the Missing Frog Prints (A Brothers Grimm Mystery, #1) by P.J. Brackston So not my usual. I should consider controlling impulse buys. "Cozy Mysteries" are weird if they are all this kind of thing.

Dragonbane (Dark-Hunter #25; Lords of Avalon, #4; Were-Hunter, #9, Hellchaser, #6) by Sherrilyn Kenyon Christmas gift

Updated post #23

Now to work out a damn chain for the next challenge. I get stuck at 5 every time.

Tiffany (tifftiff125) | 13 comments Updated post #27 (finally lol)

I'm disappointed that I did not finish book #10. I got a late start to the challenge and got really close. But I decided to squeeze in reading a library book that was due soon so I wouldn't have to renew it again, right before I started the final challenge book (smacks head against wall). Then I had zero reading time during Easter week. I will probably finish the book today or tomorrow. So I end the challenge with 9 books read.

But this was my first challenge and I really had fun. I read some great books and started a bunch of series that I will be continuing/finishing. I even got myself a library card...haven't had one of those in years! Also added a ton of new books to my to read list.

Thanks for a fun challenge!

You're totally welcome, Tiffany! Thanks for joining us!

And congrats on finishing the challenge and getting so dang close to completing the super challenge!

message 319: by Barb (new)

Barb A day late and a dollar short! I just finished my 10th book today. I would have finished sooner but well, I was on a Bahamian cruise with my family and fell asleep reading every night. So so close! I just finished Lady Midnight, a March release.
