Kirsten (kmcripn) Me too!!

Really liked Rusty Nail, but do wish the author would stop trying to do romance. He's just no good at it.

Mary Beth | 180 comments I agree Kirsten! The romance was blah!

message 1255: by Kirsten (new)

Kirsten (kmcripn) I usually like a little romance but he just can't seem to show us any chemistry. I got more chemistry from the villain's dad and stepmom!

message 1256: by Mary Beth (new)

Mary Beth | 180 comments Lol! Yeah I did not care for Latham at all. At least if you are making a little romance use a good character.

Consequences is a wild ride. I loved it.

message 1267: by Sheri (new)

Sheri Morell (smorell22) | 2165 comments it was definitely a wild ride. I put it off for so long because of the length of the book and now I am regretting it. Hopefully it won't take so long to get to Truth.

message 1268: by Penni (new)

Penni | 816 comments I think I read the first 3 one right after the other. Couldn't put it down. But then I had to wait for the others to come out and read them immediately as they did. I haven't read the last one yet though - the Beyond one - it came out and I just haven't gotten back to it yet. But I think it's really a POV book where you learn more about events that already had happened in the main series.

Mara Pemberton (marapem) I'm listening to NO MAN'S LAND by David Baldacci. I am not crazy about the secondary story. Nor do I like his new narrator, since Ron McClarty retired. I wish he would bring back Scott Brick.

That's a shame. I'm on hold for the audiobook.

message 1287: by Mara (new)

Mara Pemberton (marapem) Jonetta,
The new narrator for the David Baldacci books isn't bad, and he's better than many. I just am not a fan of his. I am not crazy about how he does John Puller's voice.

I know that feeling. I'm adjusting to the new voices for Harry Bosch.

message 1289: by Mara (new)

Mara Pemberton (marapem) Harry Bosch has had many narrators. My favorite was Len Cariou. Then a couple who I have forgotten who they are. Titus Welliver is the guy who plays Harry on Amazon TV.
It only makes sense, since he plays Harry on Amazon TV, why not narrate the book.

I was completely invested in Dick Hill through the first five books. I'm only up to the tenth book.

message 1291: by Mara (new)

Mara Pemberton (marapem) Jonetta,

I am not a very big fan of Dick Hill. I think the fist Harry Bosh book I listened too was narrated by Len Cariou. I think Titus Welliver does a great job. I busted listened THE WRONG SIDE OF GOOD-BYE and Titus did a great job.
